This just popped suddenly on my mind, I wonder what will happen to a monster if by any rare circustances her husband dies?

It's not usual to talk about how to best take them down, it also isn't really the goal of MGE. Oh well, no worries.
I don't think the Mamono will be husbandless forever. She might, however, be more apprehensive in her approach, considering that she is still technially "married" and might be more discerning the second time around. But it would be extremely painful during her time of loneliness.
I think they move on, just like humans, but it's more difficult for them.
Monster girls, even Succubi and other Spermivores can survive on normal food if they lack a man's Spirit Energy. They won't grow in power, they will just keep on living, but they won't die.
Kenkou Cross has said that a Mamono whose husband dies will try to resurrect him as an Undead Incubus, or go search his soul in the Afterlife.
If nothing works, she will remain a widow the rest of her life, unless a man works really, really, really hard to convince her to give love another chance and to give him a chance to prove himself... And few men will bother working so hard, when there are many other Mamono who will jump his bones with no effort at all from his part...
And undead are considered monsters, so they would come back as a Mamono. Which sucks for the widow.
I did. KC didn't outline the mechanics of why Incubi come back as male undead when every other undead come back as female undead regardless of sex because they're considered monsters. I call it the KCanon effect: gargantuan, inexplicable logic loopholes.

Males never become undead Mamono naturally, save Skeletons... BUT, in this world does exist non-demonic Necromancy, which creates old-school non-sexy skeletons and zombies, and KC has stated that a truly skilled necromancer can use Demonic Energy to turn one of those into an Undead Incubus, similar in nature to the Incubi husbands to Undead Mamono...
From the Q&A :
"4) Can widow monster find new husband?
Galeah just say everything, nothing to add.
