But those feminists are forgeting that a lot of both females and males have rape fantasies, yet they clearly don't want to be raped IRL. That's why fantasy is great, it suits you to the T, it is harmless and it stops as soon as you want it to stop. But that's still not enough for some people out there, who are either jealous or envious of others relationships, acievments and other things they don't have. They to destroy others lives so they could feel satisfied there is more miserable people like they are, instead of trying to enrich their lives with different experiences such as love, friendhip, happiness and fantasizing among others...
I have to make one thing clear about rape though.
In IRL, rape is done by the assailant with only their desire in mind. A rapist rapes its victim whether or not it will have negative consequences for the victim. After the rape the assailant will target the same victim or others if it's convenient, not caring about the victim.
In MGE, rape however is done by the assailant with both the rapist and the victim's desire in mind. The rapist rapes its victim knowing this will greatly improve the victims life afterwards physically, magically or mentally. After the rape the assailant will stay with the same victim because they wish to stay and make the victim's life even better.
^ That is why IRL and MGE rape is very different.
If monsterboys would be a thing they would also rape MGE-style. mating with a girl or girly boy only for the victim's happiness.
About feminists being angry, TBH that's not a very likely thing if we pull it right. The idea of male sexy monsters is already there (Twilight, anyone?), we just shouldn't make it too forceful and the monsters too brutal. They should look more like girls' fantasies.

The difference is the perspective. A monster boy setting would not be a male fantasy of being a huge, brutish monster raping women, it would be a female fantasy of being seduced and taken by a handsome, loving monster boy. Or dominating a boy - there should be sub monster boys as well.
I'd personally prefer if men taken by monster girls would turn into monster boys of the appropriate species.
Make the monster boys innocent, vulnerable shotas that are hunted by horny human women.

If Monster Girls are nymphomaniacs, maybe Monster Boys are gentlemen

Mmm... I think I have seen some romance shoujos about monster boys courting the female protagonist. All the monster boys are of sexy breeds (vampires, incubi, werewolves, werecats, angels, fallen angels...etc.) and are kinda like twilight vampires, all acting cool and chivalrous and either being emo or confident casanovas, and all falling for the "oh, why me? I'm so dull!" female protagonist.
If the MBE were focused towards women, it would probably be kinda like that.
However, it would be NOTHING like the MGE. The MGE is mostly about brainless sex. Those romance shoujos are about a harem of pretty guys teasing, courting and/or stalking the main character for ages, showing her that she's the most important thing for them and making her shiver and feel special. There are some in which the main guy behaves in a borderline abusive way (to cater the bad boy fetish, I guess),
It is funny. Many women often complain that they can't identify with female characters in movies/comics/mangas/anime aimed to a male public because those girls are shaped by the male gaze and are like complements or prizes to the male protagonists, their whole existance as characters is justified only by being "the girl" of the protagonist... however, I feel the same about many male characters in shoujo mangas... I can't identify with them in any way, they are like pretty shells that exist only to romance the female protagonist.

I think it makes sense. If there was ever a MB encyclopedia, it would obviousy be catered to girls...
