"Ignorance means nothing derogetory, my dear. It says to you.. that you have potential. Potential to learn.." The vampiress took a deep breath, carrying the priest's body, once more. "My name is Alphie.. to whom do I owe the pleasure?"
...
"Huh.. nice attire. Perchance.. are you from Zipangu? That design seems strikingly familiar to me..." Abernathy said to Xero, regarding his armor. It was quite exotic looking, to the officer. "Ah yes.. the names Hanes Abernathy. It's uh.. nice to meet you both." As Xero brought up 'whodunit', Abernathy fell silent. It looked as though he was thinking...
"I actually... think I saw someone." Abernathy withdrew, now deep in thought. "I uh.. I couldn't make anything out, though. I would say... our primary suspect is someone that conceals their features, and has access to high power explosives. Now.. I don't know anyone like that.."
"Neither do I." Siegden commented.
"Eh, I'm drawing a blank, too." The Licker added on.
"I'm thinkin' this guy is just in it to destroy buildings of significance.. but other than Order headquarters.. what other places here hold high authority?"

The bolt clinked and fell to the floor as Click shot the wall. The beligerent voice seemed to cease. Click was on his own, it seemed.

"Heya.." Glendias greeted Armstrong as she approached. Her expression had changed from her usual lenient smile.. it seemed she was somewhat touched by what she saw. "It's never easy, letting go of someone like that, huh..? Yeah, I would know." Casually, she glanced over at the four other women that Armstrong had restored. They didn't seem to fear the skeleton's presence. "You need a moment? I've uh.. got a favor to ask you, but I understand if you can't do it right now."
...
"Oh... that's horrible. I'm sorry for your losses.." The Holstaur spoke up, hiding part of her face behind her cupped hands.
"Oh, us?" Hoicho scratched her head.. she was trying to figure out the right words to say. "It's like I said; Old Perry Winkle was our Farmer 'ere.. he'd milk those horny cows, and employed me to scare off Holstaur tippers. In return for the milk and protection, Old Man Winkle would feed us, and give us company. Since Old Man Winkle is gone, though.. those pervy cows aint got no one to milk them besides themselves.. sooner or later we're also gonna go hungry. It's not like we can just go to town and get stuff, either.. rotting bitches all over the place. Even without 'em most of these sheltered Order people freak out at the sight of a monster.."
"So um... I thought of something.." The meek Holstaur spoke up. "Maybe if you... helped us, we could also help you? We're really hungry.. we haven't eaten anything for two days, now.."
"But uh.. if you're willing to help us, we'd like to know how we can help ye back." Hoicho blinked at Pat.. curious to see what he'd say.
