A smaller therapod type mamono. They have a lighter more petite build with little muscle. They often wear glasses though most would agree that it only makes them look cuter. While they do have very sharp claws they rarely use them as the Troo are a more of a Scholarly race than anything else. They dress in a manner that is rather modest in comparison to most mamono and are usually found in libraries tending to the books, schools amd colleges to study or teach and in labratories researching new information or acting as research assistants.
Troos are often described as a somewhat emotionless race. They value self control and rarely do they get flustered or panicked. Often if they do not see a use for an emotion she will choose not to feel it entirely. In every decision they make, they use cold hard logic. Despite this they are often rather generous. They put little value in material goods and prefer knowledge and intellectual stimulation to monetary profit. To them it is in the best interest of the society to share their knowledge thus they will do so. Often they will act as teachers and guides to the less intelligent mamono or as the voice of reason to the more hot headed mamono. It isn't uncommon for a "Brains Brawn" duo to form between a Troo and a mamono like a Wurm or Steg.
Troo who decide to research new knowledge instead of teaching will often dedicate themselves to a single subject or field of study. This subject will become their obsession. They will even go so far as to ingnore their own well being in favor of their research. They can often become so focused that the fact they need to sleep or eat can occasionally be forgotten. They will also ignore other subjects that are not relevant to their field of study. A Troo who studies rocket science would learn enough about theoretical physics to be useful for their own research but would ignore the biological sciences. Though they are more than willing to cooperate with other Troo who specialize in other fields ahould it become necessary.
Men who gain a Troos fancy are usually men that they are either research assistants to or who assitants to the Troo, men who they learn from or teach, or men they think are in need of an intelligent and logical companion to help them make the right choices, though they will also choose men who do not fall under these catagories. The feeling for love and lust are emotions that they will not deny. As far as they are concerned, they enjoy feeling emotions like love, lust, and joy, thus there is no logical reason to deny them.
When she finds a man who strikes her fancy she will attempt to spend as much time as possible around him while maintaining the guise of it being a professional or platonic relationship. She will attempt to have private study sessions and tutoring set up, she will attempt to stay late after classes or after the lab has closed to try and work with him alone or she will befriend him and try to be near and help him as much as possible. During this time she will not only aet about doing the work to the best of her abilities but she will simultaneously be studying him. Finding out his likes and dislikes and subtly modifying her behavior to suit his fetishes. If necessary she will even go so far as to modify her physical appearance via cosplay, or if possible via the use of potions or magic. To a Troo, the act of forcing herself on a man is a barbaric method to be avoided but at the same time failure to seduce her future husband simply isn't an option. So she will spend a great deal of time preparing so when she does attempt to seduce him, success is guaranteed.
A married Troo is as dedicated to her husband as she is to her field of study. He will be on her mind at nearly every waking moment, and in her dreams for most of the time she's asleep. She will spend the time that she is not working making sure that he is happy and healthy. However when she is with other Troos and not preoccupied with work, she will spend that time giving long and well reasoned arguments as to why she married her husband and why he is the best husband available. This will frequently cause the other Troos to develop an interest in the man as well. The original Troo will come to the logical decision that with more Troos they can work together to make sure that their husband is as happy as possible while simultaneously ensureing that they will all have plenty of time for their work, thus the man will often find himself with a harem of Troos working together to satisfy all of his fetishes.
It should also be noted that nothing pleases a Troo more than being able to converse with her husband about her field of study. If he isn't knowledgeable in the field then she will jump at the chance to teach him about it. If he is also an expert on the field then she will be overjoyed to have lengthy discussions about said field and learn as much as she can from him. Also if a Troo has another mamono as a companion such as when they have befriended a Steg or Wurm, her companion will usually attempt to marry the man as well, which the Troo will not only approve of, but will also actively support. Usually by coaching her companion on how to best please their man.
[And ladies and gentlemen, we now have the Troo. Based off the Toodon, who is often regarded as the smartest of all dinosaurs, I decided it would be best to fulfill that by making the Troo into the cute nerd which probably isn't what you guys expected but I think she makes for great foil against the less intelligent mamono like the Steg or against the hot heads like a Salamander. She may not be all that rapey, but she has a shot ton of patience and dedication on her side, so she'll still get you. For science of course. Information on the Reptile Kingdom and links to the other Reptile Kingdom mamono can be found here: (http://monstergirlencyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:The_Reptile_King/The_Reptile_Kingdom) You can also make suggestions there if you want, just follow the rules on that.
As per my norm, feedback and criticism is welcome and encouraged, so long as your criticisim is more than mindlessly insulting me, I want something useful out of it. So tell me what you think of her]
