One of the most famous of all Shark manamo throughout all the oceans. The Hammerhead is immediately recognizable by to protrusions jutting off of the back of their head, almost appearing like horns. Those potrusions oddly seem like the end of a hammer, most people wouldn't dare to make fun of them however, as they can be found almost always with an actual hammer, ready to hit someone up the head with it. Both of these attributes ended up earning their names. While their "Hammers" end up obstructing their vision somewhat, they also seem to pick up electrical signals throughout the water. They claim that their sensors are even better than seeing, allowing them to know what is around them, it is almost impossible to sneak up on a Hammerhead because of this.
All Hammerheads seem to have a knack for being blacksmiths, often being able to create weapons and armor that are often on par or even better than any Cyclopes or Ankylo's work. To make their materials they stay near underwater volcanoes: the only place hot enough for them to work. Due to the natural problems of creating weaponry underwater however they work twice as much as any normal blacksmith often making them one of the strongest ocean manamo. They don't enjoy conflict however, so this fact is not often realized by most people
Hammerheads are quiet, often only speaking to talk about their craft. This is not out of arrogance however: they simply don't see any reason to talk, often simply pointing or gesturing to make a point. Outside of when they're crafting things they're often quite sluggish too: never seeming want to go fast. This is because they save up their energy for a situation that'll require every bit of them to work.
Occasionally they head to the shore and offer up their wares, should a buyer be a man, and he comes regularly, they'll begin to notice him. Continued interactions with this man will often have them falling for him, smiling at him when he's with her, a truly rare sight. Oddly enough the Hammerheads themselves are usually unaware of this, thinking they're happy simply because someone is buying their wares. Should they realize it or be informed by an acquaintance, they'll become hopelessly confused with those feelings, and search the man out one more time. When they meet him they'll tell him of their new feelings and ask him of what she should do. By then the man will have completely fallen for her and initiate mating with her.
At first when mating: the Hammerhead will be confused, often being somewhat sloppy. However, after a bit their nature as a monster will awaken, and they'll immediately start to ravish the man, pleasuring him with all their power. It is as if all the energy that they've been keeping holed up has been waiting to be released at this moment. They will grind their hips against their man, continuing to mate until their either satisfied or their mate passes out. Should the latter occur, they'll simply cuddle with him, happy beyond belief that thy have found a husband. Oddly: while mating the Hammerhead will break their silence, making lewd sounds, yelling about how much they love their husband. Also worth noting: their "Hammers" appear to be a sensate point, and should their husband touch them, they'll immediately reach their limit.
After mating: A hammerhead's personality will change considerably. Their formally emotionless face will almost always seem to have a smile on their face, cheerfully beaming at anyone they'll encounter. Aside from their husband, most people will often be shocked at this change, with unmarried manamo often curios as to what their husband did to make them so happy, the Hammerhead will Oblige, and take them to their husband to make them happy too.
A married Hammerhead will still make their armor and weapons, however: they will construct a special item for their husband(The object in question usually is determined by their husband's personality) When he accepts it, they see it as a marriage contract, symbolizing it for him and him alone. Be warned: They will become jealous if their husband brings home equipment that was not made by them. Out of fear of being replaced, they'll attack him to ensure that he'll always rmember that THEY are the ones who will make his weapons.
(Well, I hope you guys like this one, since the Hammerhead isn't a particularly aggressive species IRL, I made them a calm sort. As usual: If you like her then please put any thoughts or worthwhile criticism down below!)
(Upcoming projects: Bonnethead(Hammerhead subspecies) Angeshark(Angel shark).)
