Well, here is a chibi-Dom version after one of her rampages....Yeaahh...(Not my art)
The only real hybrid Shark species. As the name implies, they are the mix of a Shark-girl and a Scylla species: their top half that o a typical Shark-girl, with the bottom half a wrihing mass of tentacles.... No one really knows how their species came to be. Many theories circulate: varying to ideas that they were an escaped science expirement, to the superstisious sometimes thinking that they are one of the chaos demons spoken from legend, to even several old sailors claiming that thier existance comes from "Poseidon went partying with Bacchus and ended up expiriencing a hangover from hell", and popped the first one out.
While their origins are unclear and shrouded in mystery, their current description that are told from people is one of death and terror: literally every interaction most people typicaly have with one is usually their last, because their minds are damaged at best(No one knows the reason for this, but many conclude it might stem from the horrors from their creation, leading more credabillity to the "built in a lab" theory.), leading them to usually follow instinct and to them, everything is a threat. Due to this, and a oddly low ammount of Demonic Energy inside them, they are one of the few, if not the ONLY, manamo that will literraly attack and kill everyone she encounters, human men or woman, manamo, they'd even attempt to kill a god if one were to cross them. Worrse yet: once they kill someone they will actually begin to EAT their kill, making them even more dangerous since they then consider people a threat and a potential meal, meaning that if one is treading near an area where a Sharktopus has been spotted, it is usually best to run in the opposite direction. Worse yet: due to their tentecled bottoms, they can actually move on land decently enough, provided the air is moist enough for them....This made them the ultimate sea monster even though they're manamo...at least, until a few centuries ago
While their habits would normally mean that people would attempt to exterminate them, and that they should be avoided at all costs, there is a reason that neither happens. Namely: in times where they feel that they cannot kill the creature that they're attempting to eat, they let out a dark cloud of an ink-like substance in an attempt to confuse their precieved enemy. Compared to Scyllas and even Krakens, this ink is very rich and is actually extremely useful in many scenarios, so despite all of their dangers many people will suprisingly brave coming near them(Often with an extremley powerful manamo or weapon) to attempt to extract it. Coupling this with actual extermination attempts, established communication, DE infusions, and scores of therapy their species is now quite rare, and arguably more controllable since their early days, and they are now able to function within normal society (To a degree)
A sharktopus of this day an age is errily reminecant of how they were in the olden days: they are very pridful and agry: easily provoked by the slightest precieved insult or the odd thing said to them. Because of this they must have a caretaker with them at all times to help calm them down. Due to their more prominet manamo nature, they almost exclusivly prefer men to be their caretakers, and can often tell who will be the one just from looking at him. When it comes to their caretaker, their disposition noticably changes: while their arrogance and violant nature is still there, they just calm down quite a great deal with him and become more subdues. And over years of this they almost become downright gentle when the two are alone, and will seem to dote on him with a content gaze.
To any outsider this relationship between a Sharktopus and her caretaker is a rather twisted sort of marrige, and the Sharktopus would actually agree with that sentiment. For them: once a caretaker is chosen for them, they consider him their husband and mate, and will think of him as the only being they'll never have to hurt. While given their nature personality many would assume this means that they would be rather active in pursuit of his spirit energy, it is acually the opposite: due to their biology being that of a creature that's bearly a manamo they have almost no knowledge of how to mate or what to do. This doesn't mean that they won't try however: they will often try to get him in the mood by wrapping a tentecle around his neck, only letting go when their caretaker asks them to stop. They don't do this to hurt him: it is simply that they have no bearings on what to actually DO, and as such get supriningly embarrased when they realize they did it wrong. After many attempts of this nature and many failures, over time she will lose all sense of what to do, and head over to her caretaker and tell him of her feelings. While most would accept her love due to all of the time they have spent together, there are a select few that will reject their advances. Should this occur: whatever pieces of a manamo's instinct will awaken in her mind, and she will pounce on him, wrapping her tentacles over him to keep him from running.
When mating a Sharktopus is very rough and sloppy at first, appearing more like some sort of starved predator than a woman. However: overtime they either learn what to do from a book or somthing of that nature, or they will allow their mate to take the lead, or at least a type of lead: while they stay wrapped around him and will not lessen their grip, they allow him to do the moving and entrust themselves to his wishes. When they show this suprisingly devoted and partially submissive side towards them, their mate often gets bolder and will continue to dominate them in this fashion. When they have mated in this way and are basking in the afterglow: the Sharktopus will stay attached to her new husband, and will have seemingly become entranced with the way he took control and used them. and from that point on the love of being a masochist will be engraved into them.
After this form of mating the Sharktopus personality almost seems to completley change: becoming a near reverse of how they once were. They will always be near their husband, and will always be doting on him, and they will always have at least one tentacle on him to ensure tha he's still there out of a sense of parinoia.
While this seems to be a reversal of their relationship nd the Sharktopus has become completley friendly, there is one problem: should their husband spend too much time with another female they will get extremley jealous and vengeful, and will attack(in the manamoey way) the female and will attempt to keep her away from him by making her delerious with pleasure. Only her husband is able to stop her when she does this and once he does, the realization of what they tried to do hits them and they run to him crying, and will be extremley apologetic to him and the female..only to find that the female has become entralled with the Sharkopus herself, and will eventually be monsterized into one(Much to the origonal Sharktopus's horror). From this point the husband of the Sharktopus finds himself in an odd hearem betwwen the two Sharktopi, and they will always be competing for his affection, often never leaving him with a moment of peace.
Conversly: as mentioned above there are some Sharktopi who learn about mating from an outside source and are able to properly mate with their caretaker the first time. These particular Sharktopi will seem to become the dominant ones in these scenarios, and will then proceed to use her caretaker to her hearts content, only stopping when he's clearly hurt. After this their personality does not bemome submissive, and their relationship continues mostly the same as it did before. One thing has changed however: they become much more clingy towards their husband and will almost always be found glued to him with their tentacles. Should their husband try to pull them off or resist they immidatly begin to mate with him to remind him of his place.
Like the submissive Sharktopi, when a Dom see's him interact inappropiatlly with another female, she will become insanley jealous. Only tihs time: they lose all sense of reason and will attempt to kill the precieved cheater and will even attempt to eat the precieved cheater with a ferocity that harkens to their monsterous days..., and even their husbands begging wont stop them sometimes..Leading to some Sharktopi being put down for being seen as to dangerous.. Should they not kill the female after this their minds are still in a frenzy and they will rush to their husband and mate furiosly with him,and will not stop until he has been wringed out of semem.
(Alright....this one, was just plain hard, I know it sounds ridiculous but in all honesty I thought this one would be easy...but there was literally no information about these guys to even start, so i had to make it up as i went along....Well, anyway...This is, the first and only hybrid...and yeah..they're yandere as hell....I know this probably isn't most people's cup'o tea, but I literally couldn't think of any other way to portray these guys....Anyway: if you like this one then feel free to leave any thoughts or worthwhile criticism down below!)
