Camelot
Camelot is a Demonic Realm which was formed by the first King Arthuria when she forged her own path to it with the power of the fae behind her and Excalibur. Using the Blessed Sword, they cut their way through the mists and entered a brand new all but unoccupied land of magic which had, until that point, had been untouched by the world. It is technically 'a' Fairy Kingdom, however it was not connected to the 'true' Fairy Kingdom. It merely followed the same rules but was otherwise untouched. Perhaps it was part of it, but due to some event, it was split off to become its own realm, we may never know.
Most often, the only way to truly enter Camleot, aside from a formal invitation from its ‘king’ is passing through a thick fog while in a boat. If they pass through at the right time, they will come to Camelot’s shores and be readily welcomed by the citizens consisting of many mamono either native to the area or invited to live there by the king.
Locations
Castle Camelot
The home of King Arthuria, the king of the realm. A magnificent castle of white stone which resides on a cliff overlooking a crystal blue lake. This is the capital of the realm and the throne from which King Arturia rules over her kingdom, a position of free love and acceptance between humans and mamono. The streets are alive with love and affection, many mamono/human pairs living lives, often having sex in the streets. Although free and open sex is strongly encouraged, it does not hold the same sense of complete debauchery as some demon realms promote. Perhaps it is because the majority of the citizens are in face mamono with husbands rather than free-roaming mamono lunging for any man they see which might satisfy their lusts for the moment. So rather than outright sexual debauchery, the citizens often engage in open love rather than open sex, making what many would call a beautiful scene instead of standard debauchery.
Even King Arthuria is not exempt from this, opening fucking her ‘Queen’ on her throne when the urge for love and affection hits her. Although, she does try dismiss all but her most trusted friends and family for such sessions so she does not disrupt the business of the day. Again, the servants and denizens of the castle are encouraged to pursue love and pleasure openly, although King Arthuria asks they at least not let it disrupt their duties if they can help it.
The castle and surrounding village does not discriminate against any breed of mamano or human, but they must come in peace and open minds. Discrimination and any form of hate towards mamono or mamono/human couples are not tolerated and strictly dealt with. Usually the punishment for such discrimination is to be sexually pleasured by the breed of mamono they discriminated against to the point of loving them. It is incredibly effective with humans who sneak into Camelot in an attempt to disrupt it or slay Arthuria, hoping to cleanse the realm of demonic energy starting with the leadership.
Dragon’s Den Peaks
These mountain ranges are home to a number of dragons who barely tolerate each other. How other races are accepted depends on which portions of the mountains they enter. The southern peaks are home to the Ddraig, crimson dragons who agree with King Arthuria’s ideals and wish to welcome in humans and potential husbands into their lands and hopefully find love, pleasure, and eventually children to dote on. On the northern peaks reside the Albion, white dragons who are isolated and quite high in their pride, refusing to accept anyone, even most other breeds of dragons such as Wyrvens and Wurms as actual dragons and equals. Often the Albion and Ddraig clash, unable to stomach each others’ presence when they face each other, resulting in violent battles which have them retreat from each other with festering feelings. The Albion cannot go into all out war since most of the realm would side with the Ddraig, but whispers state that they have been collecting unknown allies…
Like with any dragons, both breeds hold hordes of valuables for themselves. The Ddraig, in an agreement with King Arthuria, will share the horde, in return for some service or trade…very reluctantly. The Albion consider such an agreement an insult and will attack anyone who tries to broker such an arrangement with them, making them feared by most of the citizens of the realm.
Enchanted Forest
These woodlands are the home of many fairies who either already lived there, or fairies from the Fairy Kingdom came to explore and live, hoping for a new adventure. In most days, a pair of sisters, a Titania and Oberon usually govern the forest. However, in the middle of the clearing is an enchanted stone where Excalibur, King Arthuria’s sister-wife and close friend lives when she is not needed at Camelot Castle. While she is there, she often is the one the fairies go to about their issues if only to giggle to their friends that they got to meet the real Excalibur. Other mamono such as the Centaurs, Satyros, and Grizzlies among other breeds enjoy living there, finding the open space quite the boon, although they sometimes go wandering to Camelot Village to find single men they could try and claim.
Sherwood Forest
The first forest most travellers will pass through when they arrive in Camelot. The forest is realatively mundane compared to the other forests of the realm. However, it is in fact home to a mischevious sub-breed of Elves called the Robyn Hood. Despite their habits of waylaying travellers they are in fact very justice-minded mamono, although they would not get along with their Elf counterparts due to their willingness to mingle and copulate with humans both repeatedly and enthusiastically. Many times, if The Order were to land forces, Sherwood Forest would be the first line of defense with the effect gurella tactics of the Robyn Hood.
Fields of Camlann
The one dark spot of the entire realm. Here is where a large force of knights and Heroes of The Order managed to open a portal into the newly discovered realm in order to destroy the at the time minimal mamono force and perhaps claim the realm as a new base and territory for themselves. King Arthuria was there to fight them off with her own forces. Many died, despite the mamonos’ best efforts in claiming prisoners to share their philosophy with. Although the field had grown, the remaining armor, weapons, and broken battlements remained. As a result, many Ghosts, Living Armors, and Will-o-the-Wisp linger, although the Fairy magic permeating the realm allows them to live without extreme jealousy, anger, or resentment. Still, they wander the fields, hoping to find husbands to fill their lonely hearts.
Lake Vivian
The purest and most magical source of water in the entire realm. Here, many water-oriented Mamono can ask the ruler mamono, a Lady of the Lake named Vivian to live within her waters. The enchanted nature of the water allows many freshwater and saltwater mamono to live together along with their husbands. Most of the civilization is thus under the water in an expansive underwater town that is larger under the water than the surface of the lake would suggest. Vivian is known to be a very kind and generous mamono woman, often known to adopting parentless humans and mamono and raising them as her own. As a result, she has something of a large extended family, including Excalibur and the Black Knight, Lorelai.
Mamono Species
These species are not all unique to Camelot, but it is easiest to find them there.
