Species: Hornet
Type: Transmorpher (Deceptor)
Habitat: Varies, warm places.
Disposition: Cowardly, defeated, clingy
Diet: Men’s spirit energy, sugary foods
One of the many Transmorphers possessing an organic beast-mode, Waspinates appear as yellow and green Hornets.turning into a gigantic wasp for their alt-modes: they typically carry a small gun that’s actually made up of their stinger when in beast-mode, capable of resupplying ammo from transwarp space. Oddly; while the back 2 legs of their insect legs(from altmode) fold up into their manamo-form quite subtly, their other 4 end up dangling on their arms, looking quite odd if one is not accustomed to Transmorphers. Even odder is that when speaking an odd buzz can be heard with their voices, making them sometimes hard to understand
For all the curses in the world, all the bad luck, promises of destruction and guaranteed attack for simply existing, all of them seem to have been universally placed on the Waspinates. Quite possibly the most unfortunate beings in all creation: even when doing nothing or actively doing good, something always will inexplicably happen to break their bodies down to seemingly impossible damage, no matter the location or time, something will always go wrong. Worse yet, all Transmorphers have the odd instinct to attack and destroy them first if they’re ever unfortunate enough to ever be in combat, starting many disturbing sort of trophy collecting, with many young Transmorphers even having collections of body parts that were shot off. If there is any real reprieve for the Waspinate: it is that they are able to survive the harshest of attacks, with even many bots who enjoy shooting at them admitting that there is something uniquely tough about them, allowing them to survive any injury, even if seemingly vaporized, they’ll always stay alive somehow and crawl off to be repaired. While none of this makes them explicitly useful in many scenarios, they are suitable scouts for flying into enemy territory, and many smart Deceptors will send them in to get an idea of the firepower they have.
For the Waspinates themselves: they are extremely timid and cautious around everything, and they will waste no time in scanning around wherever they may happen to be in case of a threat, in which case they’ll try to flee. If the attack seems inevitable though, they seem to accept it, knowing that it’s their fate to be broken down to repair themselves again. They’ll always complain while repairs happen, viewing it as a continuation of the joke of their lives.
While nearly all encounters with other Transmorphers usually end in disaster for the Waspinates, they can normally interact with humans if need be: in fact: Waspinates actually adore being around humans, due to them making their favorite sort of food: the sugary kind. It’s unknown to even them why they like sugary foods so much, though a theory is circulating that this comes from their alt-mode. As a result, many Waspinates can be found near many bakeries and other such places as customers and even employees: as they will often blitz all over wherever they live, searching quickly for any ingredients their employer might need so they can possibly get a small taste in. This is actually how they usually meet guys they usually come to like: as the men around these sorts of places are usually good with the food-making as well. Should the Waspinate actually find someone that she likes though, she won’t actively try to woo him in any way out of fear for his safety with their...issues. Oddly enough though: when around the man she likes a Waspinate seems to actually get destroyed more than normal, and often in more humorous ways as well. If her crush happens to try and help her with repairs before she goes off, her affection for him will only deepen, and with many repeats of the cycle she will eventually fall for him, with the male usually fond of her as well due to her sheer bad luck. Eventually the two will become an official couple, and marriage and copulation coming swiftly after.
After marriage it seems as though everything turns around for the Waspinate: instead of being destroyed, she will instead get surprising rewards: more often than not: their luck seems to take a complete reversal, showering them with things that they never knew they even wanted. This almost repayment for their suffering also spreads to their close ones as well: with their husbands often getting a position of high nobility, wealth or other things of that nature. The Waspinate won’t care about this all that much though: they’ll just want to stay near their husband, and will almost constantly cling to him out of a fear that they’ll be destroyed without him, as he seemed to turn things around for them. Thus, they will be willing to let their husband do whatever he wishes so long as he doesn’t try to leave the Waspinate. For long periods of time
(Alright, you knowzzz who I based thizz one on, don’t you..? Waspinator. Yes, I made a manamo out of the universe's greatest whipping boy! Thought I’d try something with the comedic relief portion of this character by acknowledging that it’s slightly disturbing just how much damage they can go through, but keeping the comedic effect all the same, not to mention that they get it all in the end...I think I was fairly successful at this, but whatevs. If you like this one then feel free to leave any thoughts or worthwhile comments below.
