A Harpy specie of the land of Oz. Compared to the land-locked Bilina (link here), they are a specie capable of flight. They are adored and revered by Ozians as emissaries of childbirth and motherhood.
Most of the Mamonos of Oz are either brought to existence via enchantment, experimentation or magical accident. The Storke, however, is an indigent of Oz. When Zion was brought to life, the Storke already existed. In fact, they are said to be the right-hand servants of the Ozian deity and god-creator Iznagmi. Throughout every historical event in Oz, Ev and Ix, Storkes appeared as neutral monitors who would help any injured side they encounter - and if anyone were ask about a major happening in the land of Zion, answers can or may be found 'straight from the Storke's mouth'.
They are not to be confused with the animal known as the stork. More like, they are descended from the animal and have evolved features similar to them. Their winged arms have great white feathers that are blackened at the tips depending on the age of an individual and allow smooth take-off from the ground. An abundance of these feathers run down their backs ending into a tufty tail. Their legs are of a water fowl's: scaled from knees down, thin and four-toed, and with slim claws on each toe to help them better grip on surfaces. In their Mamonoic features, they boast huge bust sizes, pale eyes and lips, and equally pale hair. A signatory among adult Storkes is the wearing of pieces of yellow clothing around their necks like a scarf.
Storkes are probably the kindest Mamonos you can meet in Oz. Apart from the loss of rapacious thoughts towards men, they are much more inclined on showering other beings with compassion. In a similar way to what humans may call as 'birdwatching', Storkes observe Ozian inhabitants discreetly in their huge territories, studying and understanding them from a distance. Should trouble arise, they are quick to swoop in and give assistance without asking for anything in return - and leave as soon as the deed is done. They are especially fond of children. If any child were to experience hardship under their watch, they will not hesitate to fight and defend that said child with their lives. Sometimes, they even take it upon themselves to tend to lost and abandoned young ones, who would soon dote upon the Storke as if she were truly their mother.
They also provide a very unique form of charitable act: they give childless couples their own bundles of joy. Every month, Storkes aged 16 above, unmarried or married, lay a clutch of three or four eggs the size of an average human baby. Inside these eggs are varied Ozian Mamonos, different from each other but genetically-tied to their Storke "mother". Some time after laying these eggs, the Storke will carry the unhatched eggs using their 'scarfs' and bring them to people who place candies on their window sills (a tradition practiced by Ozians that shows they want to have children), therefore placing her young under their care, and giving the couples they've chosen the chance to experience being a parent on their own.
Any child produced by the Storke will be attached to the parent they were handed to. The Mamono herself, will watch day by day to ensure her young are in good hands, never failing to let her presence visible to them. However, deeply wired within the children's minds is the connection to the Storke who birthed them. In their hearts, they believe the Storke is as much as a parent to them as the ones they have grown to love, and will treat her just the same.
Based on statements above, this is reason for the image of the Storke as a symbol of motherliness and childbirth. In fact, they are regarded as the Echidnas of Oz in a friendlier light. However, it wouldn't take long before a Storke would want to feel the same as the couples she give babies to. The need to copulate will arouse her, and the desire to find a man to bear her next of ilk will swell to breaking point. In this juncture, she will enter a phase of being in heat, to which she will respond by choosing a man within the bounds of her territory and confess how she wants her to bear his seed.
No Demonic Energy is put into play here. It is up to the man if he would say no to her honest plea, but Storkes are quite persistent. They will ask several times, with each attempt more creative than the last. To the man however, the more he refuses, the more will a guilty conscience linger. In his heart, he would know that the Storke had helped him somewhere in his past (as a child or in another time), so after a while, he will concede. In her delight, she will invite the man to her hollow of a home, to which they will perform coitus there.
Storkes handle a man's tool as if it were something presented to them as a gift. Taking it in their feathery hands, they will stroke and grasp it firm before blowing with it with an earnest gleam in their eyes. Slowly and surely, the moment of sex between her and the man will fill her with DE and in time, the man will gaze upon the enamored face of a Harpy, forcing her own cervix into his penis to take his sperm for herself. The man will be drawn to her feminine allure and be unable to ignore the chance of sex, and as such, the Storke will allow him to assault her as much as he wants it.
As Storkes end up taking husbands fo themselves, they will migrate north to colder temperature. Joining with other Storkes and their husbands in a massive flock, they will travel quite far and nestle in the mountain areas, where they will give birth to a new Storke (or in rare instances, up to three in a brood). The mother Storke will stop producing her Mamono eggs to care for this clutch up until they are all aged 5. Afterwhich, she will bring them back to her territory and continue her dutiful task. The children, who are now by her side, will see for themselves how their mother operates and will not hesitate to follow her example, so as they too, can do just the same. The husband won't be left out, either: the Storke will always ensure to shower him with care and attention each day, and occasionally, tense him to a point he will ask for sex from her.
To the Storkes, sex is an unknown ushering of happiness. The more they are taking part in it, lust gradually seizes their propriety and corrupts them. DE soon engulfs their angelic feathers into an abyssal black with white tips, and a reversal happens; they become perverted to an extent they will bleed their husband dry of semen. And, somehow, the children of the Storke will feel the same corruption take place deep within them and cause them to leap at the nearest man they could ensnare to satisfy their urges. Black Storkes are what these transformed individuals are called. Then again, Black Storkes are rarest of the rare, for many Storkes almost never let sex domineer their lives.
Storkes can be merciless despite bearing a face that doesn't seem to act that way: folks used to say that if a couple were malicious and evil, they will recieve a rock instead of a baby from the Storke, saying in her place that 'you're not worthy of being a parent'. Also, it is believed a Storke exists in the Knightesses of The Round Table - honorable Mamonos who had served the former King Harmon Magdalene of Oz.
TL NOTE: A new one! Sorry if it took this long. She's a newer Harpy I based on a being Dorothy encountered in her first exploits. With her kind aura and motherly instincts, who wouldn't want that? I did make the Black Storke kind just to cover the white and black variants of the real thing. :D Anyway, be free to put your likes on her! Until next time!
