Species: Spino
Type: Transmorpher(Autob)
Habitat: Varies
Disposition: Cunning, laid-back(Cheerful, devoted, vengeful)
Diet: Meat, men’s spirit energy
A member of the dinobots, Scorns appear as robotic Spinos in the typical Dynobot colors(Though notably there's more red on them than any other Dynobot.), but unlike perhaps all the other species; there are many visible differences between them and the biological species that they derive their body from. For starters: in manamo-mode they have no tail, with it instead taking the place of their left arm as a sort of whip. Also, unlike the normal Spino they have three spiky “Sails” on their back when compared to the usual one, a feature that is carried through to their beast mode (Obviously being that of a robotic Spinosaurus.).
Physically speaking they are among the largest species of the Dynobots, with only the Sludges and the occasional Grimlocke being greater in size in either mode. Compared to a Sludge (Who usually only use their bulk to demolish things in battle) however: a Scorn takes full advantage of of their size and uses it as the driving force behind their attacks in beast mode, using their claws and teeth to grip their enemy as they tear them apart. Another favorite tactic of theirs is with their spikes; in beast mode they will run up to their enemies and do a backflip on them in an attempt to impale her prey in her sails.
While in battle they basically have the personality of a tank, outside of it they are rather complacent and quiet, usually staying in the background while the others do typical Dynobot things (Ie: fighting, drinking, fighting after the drinking). That's not to say they do nothing though: Scorns enjoy instigating conflict, and often are the ones to set up fights within the Dynobots(Usually by angering the Slag of the group.). True to their name: Scorns will also belittle and insult everyone and their ideas, and are usually the first one to question an idea or point out flaws in a plan. On the one hand this useful in that they can make glaring errors come to light, but unfortunately they rarely come up with solutions to said errors themselves as well as causing perfectly good ideas to be discarded.
Unlike the rest of the Dynobots, with men they are attracted to Scorns are almost never up front about it(At least with the other members of the team): when asked about the male in question they will always seem to deflect from the questions and claim he’s not worth her time. Naturally this is not true: but they say those things not for the reasons one might think: it’s not that they’re embarrassed with their feelings(Quite the contrary, if alone with the guy they’d probably spill their guts out to him then and there.), but rather they dislike the idea of picking a mate the other Dynobots would dislike. Should the other Dynobots have no interest in any males at the time, the Scorn will usually go after the one she likes with the mindset ”Fuck it: if no one else is after someone then I’m claiming this guy for us.”. Once she reaches the male in question the Scorn will almost immediately try to pin him down and go at it (With the male having known them for a time usually being quite receptive if the two are alone.). As of now the mating habits of Scorn’s are undocumented and for the most part unknown(Due to their being as of yet no reference from their biological counterpart on the details...more info on this to come later!), their husbands tend to describe the experience as...tame, at least by Dynobot standards.
Life with a married Scorn for the most part is a rather pleasing one: a Scorn waifu is typically very happy and will usually be willing to do whatever her husband wants to make him happy. They can even manipulate the other Dynobots in such a way that they all will end up going along with his way of thinking, and in special occasions she will even start conflict between several Dynobots so she and her husband can watch it as a sort of soap opera. There is a flip side though: should her husband not be intimate with her for a prolonged time; a Scorn will often take matters into her own hands and grab him off for “Pleasure time”, and should said husband do something that annoys the Scorn, she will sometimes start typical Dynobot conflict...but with him at the epicenter, leaving him at the mercy of whoever happens to be fighting at the time.
(Huh, now this was an interesting challange to tackle: unlike most of the other Dinobots, the original Scorn was a character that in the TF4 movie for about 5 minutes, so for the most part there was no character for me to go off of. While I admit it did leave me a lot of freedom on the direction to take this manamo, it was also kind of difficult to make some of the stuff with no basis to go off of, so I had to think outside the box, so after a while the conflict-enjoying semi-devious manipulating robot-Spino of love was born, and I hope y’all like her!
