Surpassing even the mighty Mosa in terms of size and physical strength, the Krona is only inferior to the Mosa in battle due to the Mosas superior speed and agility and the Kronas comparative lack of aggression. A Kronas body is akin to a mermaid or centaur, her upper body maintaining the form of an attractive female, with the lower body of a large beast with a short stubby tail and four paddle like flippers. They often have a heavy build with both muscle and fat, giving them great strength and physical might when wrestling down a foe. Their human half also has a strong tendency to be rather well developed with wide hips and large breasts. Like many of the stronger denizens of the Reptile Kingdom, they are capable of taking on a primal form like what they had before monsterizing. In the case of a Krona this for is that of a leviathenic sea monster with bone shatteringly powerful jaws.
Despite their physical might (or perhaps because of it) Kronas have a gentle personality unbecoming of most monsters, especially those dwelling with savage depths of the Reptile Sea. Kronas act as diplomats between Poseidons under sea kingdom and the Reptile Kingdom and as such have the blessings the sea goddess herself. Because of this Kronas often wear a priest like garb adorned with Poseidons symbol of the Trident. Kronas often make journeys to the under sea realms outside of the kingdom or act as guides and guardians to visiting Sea Bishops, Umi Osho and other representatives of Poseidon.
Having received the Sea Goddesses blessing, Kronas are able to perform similar magic to that used by Sea Bishops, namely they are able to perform a magical ceremony that adapts a mans body to the sea, allowing him to breath underwater, swim at great speeds, and with stand the cold and pressure of the depths as easily as the mamono who live there. Because of this, when a Krona is not working as a medium between the Reptile Kingdom and under sea realms, Kronas often travel along tbe coast officiating wedding ceremonies between aquatic mamono and their husbands. As can be expected, even amongst the most territorial of mamono, Kronas are almost always welcomed with open arms. In addition to this Kronas are also able to use their magics to heal and rejuvenate, calm stormy seas, manipulate ocean currents, and command lesser sea life. Because of this, Kronas are treated almost as if they are sacred by sailors and other sea fairers. Having a Krona present almost guarantees safe sailing, and harming a Krona is considered to be the ultimate jinx.
While Kronas are disinclined to violence, when put into a corner they are extremely dangerous foes, brute strength alone is enough overwhelm most threats. However Kronas are slow moving and can't turn very well. Often they prefer to fight defensively when pressed into battle, forcing a foe to come to them and trying avoid being outflanked. Should a foe move in quickly enough and grapple the Krona from an angle that she can't reach then she can easily be rendered helpless.
Kronas have a kind heart, should anyone be in perile at sea the Krona will rush to their aid, using the control of the currents to make up for their slow speed, and carry them to safety. Should a man be too far away from show to carry to safety, the Krona will attempt the ritual to adapt him to the ocean, as sex with a mamono is required for the ceremony, a Krona will not hesitate to give her own body to save him.
As can be expected of a caring mamono with such a positive reputation, Kronas have no problems finding a husband, often courting sailors or men that she had rescued. Kronas prove to be a caring and devoted wife, however they rarely abandon their duties. Often the Krona will travel alongside her husband, officiating weddings and assisting agents of Poseidon. Should the man settle down on the shore the Krona will stau by his side keeping the port safe and acting as the medium between the dwellers of the sea and land lubbers. Ironically, despite having such a strong connection to the sea. Kronas are among the sea mamono who are most capable of adapting to life on land. Their flippers are capable of dragging them along at a steady, if slow, pace and their scales are tough enough to handle being dryed out for a period of time.
[I was asked early on to make a magical liopleurodon mamono. Well that little YouTube video was used to annoy me throughout high school and still bugs me to this day. So fuck that. Liopleurodon-chans big sister, Kronosaur-chan gets to be magical not her. If a liopleurodon ever gets made, she will be completely mundane. Because fuck that stupid ass video. Anyways, to be clear, a Krona is stronger than a Mosa in terms of physical strength, but she lacks the speed, agility, and aggression to win against a Mosa. A Mosa can maneuver around and hit the Krona from angles she can't defend from faster than the Krona can turn and Mosas are strong enough to overcome the Kronas sea magic. Information on the Reptile Kingdom and links to the other Reptile Kingdom mamono can be found here: (http://monstergirlencyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:The_Reptile_King/The_Reptile_Kingdom) You can also make suggestions there if you want, just follow the rules on that.
As per my norm, feedback and criticism is welcome and encouraged, so long as your criticisim is more than mindlessly insulting me, I want something useful out of it. So tell me what you think of her]
