By the maker... this is... unbelievable...
This was my thinking as I stood in the entrance of the grandiose cavern, its inside completely littered with gold of all sorts, vast quantities of wealth the likes of which someone like me would never have seen even in a hundred lifetimes. The dragon collected all of this!? To just have it sitting in a pile?
Continuing to step into the middle of such obscene wealth, I then heard something that chilled me to the bone: “How rude, coming into my home uninvited...”
Turning a moment, I saw the massive form of the dragon appear, looking down at me with the strangest look in its eyes, still currently the size of a house, but its skin looked more like black armour than the scales I had been expecting, its massive tail currently a trail of bone stretching back from her form: this was no dragon... it was something even more dangerous, a dragon zombie!
“H-how would I have gotten an i-invitation?” I asked nervously up to the hulking figure, starting to back away slightly. The immediate response I got was the dragon moving to block the exit to her cavern, still in her massive form. I wasn’t sure why she was still in this form, as dragon zombies were supposed to be dangerous for completely different reasons, yet here she was.
“True... It’s okay, though... I was actually kind of hoping for company to come visit me~” the dragon then informed me, now actually starting to shift right in front of me into a much more humanoid form, her blued skin and bony frame obvious indicators of her current state of being. “I never had any company before they killed me... and I was... just... so lonely...” the dragon zombie continued, now advancing toward me.
“Why? You have such obscene wealth, you could have bought up the entire area and simply owned the whole place, then took your pick of the entire region to relieve that loneliness...” I told her, more of a suggestion than hindsight, but this did nothing to slow her advance.
“No! I don’t wanna part with my treasures!” she spouted childishly, continuing to move toward me. “Buuuut... it looks like I’ve got a new treasure here now~” Before diving toward me, tackling me onto a pile of gold, the metal digging slightly into my back.
“Hey, not that I don’t like gold... but makes a bad bed...” I started, before the dragon zombie realized she was hurting me. “Nononononono!” she started, before picking me up and carrying me bridal-style over to a large bed she had looted from a trade caravan, that had been meant for the king. “Better~” she then bubbled, before pushing herself on top of me.
However, as I tried to get up, attempting to resist again, she looked down at me, now breathing some... thing on me. Whatever it was... I could feel my brain melting away as she started to strip me “Time to make children~” the dragon zombie cooed “Lots and lots~”
Wait... was that even possible? Never mind, doesn’t really matter... soooo much better than just the gold...
Waking up what felt like an eternity later, after the dragon zombie had made me to continue until I passed out, I looked around, still in the cavern. Now realizing the blue-skinned dragon was still cuddling me, looking at me sleeplessly as I woke up “Morning, my treasure~” she cooed, continuing to cuddle me. “Sooo warrrm~”
However, after a few minutes of simply cuddling there, with me unable to think of something to say to her, I then heard a growl coming from my stomach. “Umm... this is awkward...”
“Oh! My treasure is hungry!” she then exclaimed, bolting to her feet immediately. “Waiiit... my breath... doesn’t cook anymore...” she then resigned with a frown. “Can’t cook for my treasure...”
As I stood up next to the bed, attempting to put my clothes back together, despite the fact they were rather ragged at this point, I looked over at her, shaking my head “It’s all right, my dear...” my mind having adjusted to the thought that the dragon zombie was now my bride. “...we can just go get something in town...” I started. I knew it would be difficult with her with me, but I knew she wouldn’t want me to go alone.
Nodding happily, she picked up a number of the coins off the floor, handing them to me. “Come, darling. Let’s go~” it was clear she didn’t care much about the fact I was taking her gold with me down into the town, her reverting into full dragon form once we were out of the cavern, flying me down into the town, to the horror of the populace. “People! Don’t be scared! You don’t need to be afraid of the dragon anymore!” I called to them, as she accentuated this point by reverting to human form, clinging to my side now as I stepped into the shop.
However as I entered, the nervous-looking shopkeep then said “No! I can’t sell to her! That’s stolen gold!”
Shaking my head, I started “You don’t wanna do that...” before she rushed the counter, declaring “My treasure needs food! You will provide us with such!”
Shaken, the shopkeep then went along with it, terrified as he handed me the food sack. “Th-there, now get out!” he then announced, before I handed him the gold and we left, the dragon zombie still clinging to me happily, as we made our way out “Time to go home~ Time to go hooome~ and have fuuun~” she cheered happily.
Flying us quickly back to the cave, I began cooking my food, with her clinging to my back as I continued cooking “Hmm... hurry up~ I’m getting hungry tooo~”
Once I finished cooking, I offered her some of it. “You said you were hungry...” as I ate my food.
“Not for thaat~ Hurry up~” I then realized what she meant, as I ate my meal.
“Umm... there is one question I had... what is your name, darling?” I asked her.
“I am... I was... the dread dragon Clarissa, before I died, but you only need to know me as your woman~” she informed me, my eyes able to see a trail already forming down her leg.
“Ah...” I started, before telling her “...and my name is Victor... though you don’t seem to place much weight on names...”
“The only thing our names are useful for now...” she started “...is for screaming when we’re having fun~” The moment I finished my meal, even before I’d set the bowl down, I was rushed over to the bed by Clarissa, who then spewed her breath on me again, feeling my mind again melting away into the pleasure...
Gold be damned... SHE is the treasure here...
