"I doooooo~" K'eth excitedly walked up to Jeiel and swiped the piece of hair from the king's palm. K'eth looked at it extremely intently and than raised her hand.
"We can rule out slimes and elementals as their hair is only animate when connected to the body, if not connected they become innert piles of slime or their respective element. Alraunes aren't exactly known for making seperate living-body parts unless in-contact with the earth and we aren't in-contact with earth yet it's moving. Which leaves tentacles and kejorous... now, tentacles usually only have extreme shades of green, blue, or red as hair color, while kejorous are all mostly black-colored save for the few rare exceptions." The female demonic-humanoid sighed, but it was a good sigh, she was exceedingly pleased at this moment.
"However! I cannot TELL that as Jeiel never wrote what the color of the sliver of hair was, so I'm stuck deciding between tentacle and kejorous. HOWEVER when Lleh was kidnapped it was never said that a bag was put over her head, instead it was described as a 'shroud.' A shroud could mean a bag but it could also mean that her head was simply enveloped... enveloped by what? Well, it was described as black and if it was ANY other color, she would've atleast been able to describe it as such for the couple seconds before she was knocked unconcious. WHICH MEANS!" K'eth suddenly points to the sky, her face the epitome of victory.
"THAT!" She points to the left.
"THE CULPRIT!" She points to the right.
"IS A KEJOROUS!" K'eth, now a man, points straight at both Add and Jeiel.
"Need more proof?" K'eth now a female again, speaks with a self-assured grin and closed eyes, feeling so incredibly smug that it might as well cause a fucking singularity. Palladia has somehow gotten a bag of popcorn and is eating it as she speaks. "Well, no other race is as adept as a kejorous to control their hair, tentacles hair isn't long enough to be used as a capture device and we can forget anyone else. But a mess of hair from that zipangu mamono concealing a small child-like mamono such as a baphomet would be pathetically easy! Oh? The hair's squirming? Well it must just be because the girl's feeling squirmish when in-actuality its little Lleh calling out for help!" K'eth opens her eyes, transitioning to a more flat expression as the gnarl speaks up.
"But, mother! That seems so obvious!" The child calls out.
"I know! Well, let's just confirm our sources." The mother responds and looks pointedly at Jeiel.
