(I'm just gonna make him older because I can, and you can't do anything to stop me)
A bright light flashes in front of me as I'm blinded by the light. I pass out immediately as the energy flows into me.
I awake to a blinding light. I sit up and stretch my arms while I let yawn, but something feels off. My back feels heavier then it usually is. I go to scratch my back only to feel something soft. In confusion, I look at my back to see two white wings are attached to my back. I then look at my surroundings and realize that this isn't my room. The room looks ancient but at the same time, it looks very new. Golden items and statues are scattered across the room as well as a golden staff that had a blue crystal at the top of it, and a silver cross was placed just below the crystal. I look at the bed I'm on to see that it was probably meant for a person three times my size.
I hear a knock and swiftly turn toward the sound to see to big golden doors. "My LLLLord, it's time to wake uuup!" ringed a voice that can only be described as holy. The door opened and I saw what I never thought I would see, a valkyrie. She stood at about 6' 2" and was about 8 inches taller than me. "My Lord?" she says looking down at me in confusion.
"Lord?" I asked back at her.
"I'm sorry my Lord but I was expecting someone a bit older, and taller," she said whispering the last part. But it was like I had super hearing or something because I still heard it.
"Don't worry, you weren't the only surprised by the Chief God's choice. And don't worry about pointing out my height, for no offense is taken," I say as I stand up from the bed. "Oh, and please don't call me Lord, I would prefer the titles of either General or God," I told to the valkyrie.
"Okay, my Lor-God," the valkyrie quickly says correcting herself.
---Skipping 2 weeks because I'm lazy---
I think I got the job all figured out and my plan is about to be put into action. I've gathered enough info about the enemy, but the cost of losing many battles, territories, and men. But all of it was not in vain, because I learned so much about my enemy that they are beginning to become predictable. I looked at the map as I calculated where the next attack will be. I heard a knock at my door, "Come in," I said. Olivia, Leah, and Sarah walked in. "What do you want?" I asked in a curious tone.
"We have come to talk about your strategy...Some of the commanders don't think that you're the right leader and that you should be removed," Sarah said in a worried tone.
"Well lucky for them, I've got all the data I need," I need as I looked at a map and wrote a few things down on a piece of paper.
"What data?" asked Leah in confusion.
"Do you really think that I'm that bad to not win a single battle in 2 weeks? No, it wasn't about battles it was about learning." I explained as I continued looking at the map. "I've spent these two weeks looking for weaknesses and patterns in the battles, and now I've got enough information to launch my fullscale assault," I say as I turn to look at them.
"Assault with what army?! We barely have any soldiers left!" Olivia screams at me in rage and confusion.
"Who said that I was gonna use soldiers," I said as I looked up at them.
"Then what are you planning on using?" asked Leah. I began to smile as I looked at them.
---Skipping 2 more weeks because I'm still lazy---
"We've lost all contact with the orc tribes in the units in Oakland Forest," said a Manticore to a Lilim. The Lilim cursed under its breath as it slammed its hand against the table after another huge defeat. The order's forces have made a huge comeback, stronger than ever seen before. The mamono forces were outmaneuvered, outgunned, outsmarted, or outnumbered in every single battle in the past 2 weeks. "Some of our scouts have spotted a force gathering to the west of the city," continued the Manticore.
"If this city falls they'll be in range to bombard Lescatie," said a Dragon to the Lilim in the chair.
"If it wasn't for that stupid mage hero, the war would have already would have ended," commented a Demon as she put her head in her hands.
"Do we even have any info on him?" the Lilim asked her generals.
"We only have a few details from some spies before they stopped sending messages. It appears that everyone calls him "General." We also know that he carries a golden staff with a blue crystal on the top of it, and lastly that his power in magic is unparalleled," said the Dragon.
"We'll see about that," said the Lilim. The generals looked at her in shock.
"Don't tell me you're going to try to take him on by yourself," said the manticore as she stood up from her chair.
"I'll be able to distract him for a while, so the city can evacuate," the Lilim said as she stood up.
"Wait!" shouted her generals. But she had already teleported away, she found herself on top of what looked like a giant building. She quickly cloaked herself and teleported to the building. Inside was completely empty except for a table with what looked like the generals discussing orders. She flew to the top of the ceiling and hid there.
"Your rides are waiting," said a person in a cloak. The person was holding the same staff that her general had described to her. Seeing that the generals had left, this was the only chance she could have a one-on-one fight with the General. So she jumped down and uncloaked herself.
All my generals had left the building when I heard the sound of someone landing on the ground behind. I heard a feminine voice say "Hello there."
I turned around and said "General Kenobi. You are a bold one."
Take #2 (Couldn't resist the opportunity)
"Sophia, what an expected arrival," I said as I turned around to face the Lilim.
