While I don't have any first-hand sources, rumor has it that He when ahead and fixed some of the plot holes in the series. What I heard is Monsters can birth Incubi now, so when the new generation comes around the monsters will switch over to them and stop hunting human men for the most part. And that monster now put romance over sex which was never the case at all, they were all SUPER into raping dudes to get them to be their husbands. Now even the most Yandere of monsters refuse to rape a guy if he doesn't want it, which is a load of bull.
And then there is the fiasco of Lescatie. From most fan outlooks on that mess is the Extreismt faction busted into that place just because they wanted husbands to fuel their twisted viewpoint of 'Love' and that was a good place to find a lot of males, so they went and did some ole 'Pillage and Rape' except with less pillage and way more rape. The author then backtracks about 15 feet and now says that Druella (Extremists leader) went in there to ousts the king because he was oppressing the people and that the Extremists faction goes around to help oppressed monsters and human (another load of bull.)
Now I believe I speak for many when I say that the Pre-reboot MGE was much preferable than this stuff that's been handwaved in. It made the setting much more interesting and not so much black and white. Yes, the Order is a corrupt and oppressive regime but look the monster bands roaming the countryside that are, quite literally, raping entire cities into submission and dragging men off against their will. And considering that monsters used to only birth monster girl babies, Humanity was slowly being breed out into extinction. Which is another point that I wish wasn't thrown out the window.Â
As MGE stood before, it was still a world where monsters were out to destroy humanity, but in this case, they didn't realize they were. I enjoyed pondering upon what might happen if the monsters did win, and the horrors they would face upon realizing what their victory truly resulted in. Sure, there would be no more war with humans and everyone would be in 'love', but then the questions of "what next?" would begin to crop up. If there are no more humans to provide males, then there would be a finite number of incubi for an ever-increasing number of monsters. Most likely new wars for the limited resources would occur, likely dividing upon species/racial lines. Even then they would still likely be doomed.
Either to a dystopian and stagnant future, where incubi are rationed, births are regulated, and totally shattering the dream of a 'free love/sex' society as they once envisioned. Or to a total apocalypse. Any incubi lost in the resulting conflicts would exacerbate the problem, and if the incubi aren't immune to the ravages of time, then all sentient life is destined for extinction. Fun thought experiments which I have only occasionally seen touched on. Yes, the retcons make the whole setting more in line with the sexy funtime theme, but prior to the reboots, there was so much more potential for conflict and thus engaging stories. Really is a shame.

The monster girl giving birth to incubus is still not canon. From what I’ve heard, that still an issue the demon lord is fixing.
Another thing is the whole lescastie being corrupted was already there before the “reboot”. The reasons why lescastie felled was because the lower class were oppressed and lived in poverty. Also the order were corrupted, remember the fallen maiden?
Also where did you hear this at?

This link, some off-hand hearsay, and a good amount of personal speculation.
No, Kenkou did not arrange rebuts. At the most, some profiles have been updated, like the gargoyle profile. But we got a lot of interesting information from the Sabbath Guide and Side Guides that came out in recent years. It looks more like an expansion of the MGE universe.
And yes, what Malgrath wrote is mostly wrong.
