"I'm on a pilgrimage here, and the Baphomet, Jinx, is a uh... Benefactor of sorts, funding my pilgrimage in exchange for acting as a guide for her and her Mimic friend, Amelia." Masumi would explain.
“...Great.” There was a resounding sound of defeat in the soldier’s voice, and he quickly looked up at the sky. “What have I done to find myself here, Chief Goddess?” With a small sigh he returned his gaze to Mek. “I’m guessing you don’t have any spices for the meat?”
"Ok...I'm exhusted then. I'll take her there tomorrow." Ulysses before going to his usual spot and lays down.
"Nope! So it's kinda bland meat for dinner. Are you able to move your arms and hands?" He asked, touching one piece of meat to see if it was still hot.
“Yeah, it doesn’t hurt as much as before. Thank you again, for this.“ Whiskey spoke in a softer tone, clearly thankful for the food. It was a bit disappointing with the lack of spices, but that was something he could live without.
"I see someones changing their tune!" Markus said with a laugh and started eating his dinner... Which showed on his face disappointment on the flavor. Afterwards Mek would stand up and stretch. "Welp, you better rest up and sleep. I've got a blanket you can borrow." He said as he moved over to his tent to search around.
"I see, then I wish you all blessings and fortune on this pilgrimage of yours. Keeps your spirits high, for I know personally how a long journey feels like." Yushira nodded as a waiter came by as she requested a bowl of noodles and some green tea.
Kaya nodded once more as sleep once more would reach him, after he felt a blanket wrap around his body followed by something else resting against him. At least he was warm now.
Whiskey ate his piece of meat with a slight look of disappointment. Definitely bland. ”Still better than the meat at the cafeteria.” Was the only way he could justify eating positively. ”I’m guessing you don’t have a second tent?”
The meat was fresh so... That was nice. "Nope only got one." He said as he searched around inside and came out with a blanket. "I'm not planning on sleeping tonight, though."
What do you think?
