"How boring is this."
One of the soldiers in Nothgard, assigned to one of the outer forts outside the city, was making his round on the top of the tower alongside other guard, yawning and complaining.
"Stop complaining, pal." Another soldier said. "We have one of the best spots here, near the capital and away of any battle. And we can have some good view from some of our 'partners'." He said, looking to some of the Monster Girls that were in patrol too in that fort.
"You say whatever you want." He said back. "I just want to have some action, and about them, I prefer to be wary with them, even if they're on our side."
"Oh, don't be so suspicious, man." One of the Lizardmen said at his words.
"Hey, what's that?"
One of the soldiers suddenly signaled to what seemed a shining star.
"That's odd. Usually the stars only shines at night." The soldier mentioned.
The Lizardman said looking at it. "I think... I think that doesn't a star."
"Whatever is... hehe... it's coming this way..."
As they say, the mysterious shining star seemed to be getting bigger, and approaching to them.
"I have a bad feeling about this!" Some of the soldiers began to run, abandoning the fort, except the bored soldier who just stood there, unable to move in fear
The mysterious object kept falling, until it landed hard and began to run across the field as a fireball, approaching the fort, while the soldiers placed there began to move away of the object's route. Broke through the walls as if they were of paper, but got slow enough to stop just inches of the main bulwark. And when stopped, the soldier just smiled before fainting on his back.
