His songs say it all:
Voodoo Child: Inspired by an encounter with a sabbath witch
Foxy Lady: Inspired by an encounter with an Inari, who he married.
Purple Haze: While in Zipnagu, he saw a kunoichi wearing purple move so quick he called her the "Purple Haze"
All Along the Watchtower: In the early 60s, when he was still a soldier, Hendrix was transported to the MGE world, whilst he was on top of a Watchtower and after being forcibly sent back to our world by a order mage, he was sent back to that same watchtower. The phrase "All Along the watchtower" references the growd that gathered when Jimi was sent back to our world. Jimi became depressed and started missing the MGE world, the lyrics "There must be some kind of way outta here" reflect his desire to leave our world and return to the MGE world, where he was truly happy.
Little Miss Strange: Inspired by an encounter with an Alice
Even the name of his final studio album, Electric Ladyland, was when he was in Wonderland, and was so taken back by all the orgies he saw and how Wonderland appeared to populated by mostly females, and due to how especially horny the March Hares were, he thought of them as "Electric" hence Electric Ladyland is what he called Wonderland.
Once returning to our world, Jimi started doing drugs as it allowed him to "escape" and "return" back to the MGE world and be "reunited" with his Inari wife whom he was forcibly seperated from.
In 1970, he actually died by suicide, due to becoming so desperate to return to the MGE world, he overdosed on drugs and choked on his own vomit.
