By now it's nearly healed, with only the median still having a minor lesion. I now have to get back the strength in my arm before returning to work or there could be risk of the injury returning. Believe it or not, I lucked out as I didn't felt any pain and I'm healing up quite nicely, the doctors expecting me to make a full recovery, as opposed to some people as they told me they never healed from such injuries.
The worst It was the feeling of helplessness as I couldn't do the most simple of tasks, as I nearly couldn't move my hand at all. Typing, rolling cigarettes, lighting a lighter, and all the other mundane things we all take for granted wen healthy were a struggle to do. I had strength, at least in the beginning of the ordeal before the muscle weakened from not being used for so long. However without the ability of doing the right motions for the lack of signal passing trough the damaged pathways I couldn't tell if I was holding a, say, simple glass of water or if it will slip from my hand as soon as I try and lift it.
It's kind of hard to explain the sensation really, but it sucks to no end, believe me.
