Since all the monsters are girls, and werewolves turn people into their kind by biting them, would the guy be turned into a wolf girl?

MGE does indeed have a couple books and the creator is making a game. MGE also had no affiliation with MGQ or monmusu.
@Coboltcanid Thanks, that's all I needed to hear.
MGE is basically a setting in which you create a fantasy scenario about marrying one or many monster girls called mamono.
The author KC has done art for MGQ, but thankfully the settings have no affiliation or connection. MGE is purely wholesome love.
Thats not exactly true though. KC the Creator of MGE was one of the Lead artists for MGQ as he’s the one who did all the art for Alice which is a main character in MGQ
I did not know that abyss. The universes though have no connection lore wise.
Presently, the Demon Lord has an ambition to unify them into one race, with humans as males, and monsters as females. For that reason, as far as monsters are concerned, human women are beings that are destined to subsequently become the same race as them. As with human men, they approach them with affection, and don't like hurting or killing them for no reason.1
Monsters don't hurt or kill humans except as a last resort. If they attack a man it would be because he is single and it would be for sex and to make them their husband.
Nobody can force a man to become a woman or a monster against their will. If a man with the potential to Alp had a monster he liked and wanted to marry her and stay a man he would. No monster would want that anyway. All monsters are looking for husbands and generally ignore men with the potential to Alp (which they can sense) in favor for a single man that they can marry and have kids with.
Um, that's a loaded paragraph.
That paragraph is what MGE is and will always be at its core. A corruption fetish porn setting catering almost exclusively to lonely (mostly Japanese) men. It is not trying to pander to anyone, hide what it is, or be any else.
@Zel311 That is what I like about it. It knows what it’s for and stands by it.
It isn't for everybody, indeed...
I think it's a pity it has become so hyper-focused on the "fantasize about meeting your dream waifu" thing. The MGE setting had a lot of comedic potential as a sexualized parody of D&D and similar settings, but it has become very limited about the kind of stories that can happen...
But well, as others have said, KC created it to be a fantasy about being ravished by your future wife, so you have to take it or leave it...
What do you think?
