"Monster Girl Encyclopedia I and all monster girl profiles are written from the in-world perspective of a travelling scholar, wandering the MGE world while documenting the various creatures and features he comes across. Since the release of it's initial encyclopedic volume, the MGE franchise has grown to encompass an entire world setting, centered around the on-going conflict between the religious zealots of The Order of the Chief God and the Demon Lord and her monster army."
Did you write your post in the thread submission box? Wikia has problems with holding onto pages that people keep open for too long i.e. if you took 10 minutes to write the post then pressed submit, it will eat your post and give you either an error or a blank page.
It worked fine for me just now, testing both short and long form material so I would advise to you write everything in a separate, document from now on. You can use software like OpenOffice or use an online alternative like Google Docs.
Hey, I want to ask you something. I've heard someone say that the wiki will not be hosting the World Guide III translations. I just wanted to be certain, is this true? And if so, where would you suggest we go to find them?
Sorry if this has been adressed already and I just happened to miss it, but I'm just very interested in the next world guide and I'd love to read more about it as soon as possible.
Man is this a late answer, but the wiki will be hosting the World Guide III translations. Well, not this one, the other one. You probably know the reason why. The Sabbath srrikes yet again.
At any rate, they'll be up when the translations are done, which might take a year at most, a few more months at best, may Perentie's finances rest in peace.
What about the additional lore from MGE II? The bits about the three nations in the Mist Continent, goddess Hel, the past history of Zipangu and the Desert Kingdom...etc.? Will it ever be included in the wiki?
I just tried to make an addition, but when I hit "POST," the page that came up gave me a "this page has been deleted" message. Are new posts delayed for review, or did I suffer from some kind of glitch? I did review the rules for posting and I'm certain I didn't violate anything.
I see. The wiki has security measures if a comment or post takes too long to write it dumps it. Stupid, I know, but it is what it is. I write my stuff up in a word processor then copy and paste it. If all else fails and you think you took too long writing something, copy it before posting so if the wiki doesn't take it, you can reload the page and paste it back in.
