"Hold back from creating your visor until were away from town. I'll explain what we'll be doing then." Markus stated as he got his stuff together and the both of them headed out to the horse where they both got on. Now that they we're all ready to go he'd take his map out and see what was the fastest route to their destination.
"Hold back from creating your visor until were away from town. I'll explain what we'll be doing then." Markus stated as he got his stuff together and the both of them headed out to the horse where they both got on. Now that they we're all ready to go he'd take his map out and see what was the fastest route to their destination.
Edward would rub the back of his neck whilst keeping his eyes focused on her eyes. “Yeah, urn... I managed to get hit with an arrow, and I was told to come to the inn.” He’d explain, pointing at his bandaged shoulder.
Sebastian didnt need to hurry, he was done in roughly five minutes. He got up, disposed of the plate, whether that be throwing it away or putting it somewhere for someone to pick up, and went back to Kirk and Lynn. "Ready when you are," he said.
(Did you guys see that link I posted on the last thread?)
Kirk nods at Sebastian and says, "Okay, let's get going."
With a good feeling that Gideon will be pleased with the thief gone, Kirk and Lynn return to Monpoey hopefully followed by their new friend. Once they arrive the couple immediately set to work seeking out the contractor.
Before they would make it to the snowy tundra Markus and party would encounter a man wearing tattered armour unlike anything they had seen before. "Hey, you guys heading out on a quest? He addressed the strangers waving. As he drew closer and noted that one was female and not human he seemed to become slightly more tense.
Markus spotted the man from afar and saw that he was waving them down. He'd slow his horse to a halt. Markus looked to be a tall man with blue eyes and wore custom-made armor. All of his other facial features were covered up by a face mask. He also carried multiple weapons on his person such as a staff, twin hooks, and a whip chain. "Yes. We are. Do you need something?"
"I was just curious as to what quest you were going after and if I could lend my assistance." His blue eyes were focused on the man in front of him. While no attempt was made to conceal his identity he too carried multiple weapons. A sword being the largest of these, a combat knife as well as a few throwing knives could be seen. He had a laser focus on the man infront of him but that didn't mean he wasn't aware of the woman as well.
"Me and my companion here are going to go investigate a quest involving a Dragon that's been harassing villages. As for lending your assistance..." It was clear he didn't know whether to hire someone he just met. It also appeared that he didn't have much room left on his horse.
"Well, I think there's a couple things we can do. I can go get a horse and meet up with you later or you can match your speed to mine." He still wore a small smile on his face. Either amusement at their predicament or with anticipation for fighting a dragon.
George would use his new club to block the webs and some would hit and be absorbed by the crystal, orange eye indented in it. Mary would take cover behind a rock and Joro would retaliate by launching sharpened crystals at it. "I think it's about time to see if your mist is any stronger with that blessing!" He called to Lauren.
Edward would soon feel something, not pain like he expected. But rather some sort of liquid. “Nasty wound, this should numb any pain.” Rin spoke as he then felt two more things. Some sort of cotton on the wound and something pressing against his back.”
(Also Fuck sake His backstory explains how he has his strength and the blood thing is no longer a thing his linage has a mutation that naturally makes one stronger than most like frieza, and once again he's going to be teaching everyone else his moves and act as a teacher to the rest of the cast, but I don't want an easy and quick victory I just don't want to endure having to grind for 200 fucking parts just to achieve 0.002% competition like trying to get an enemy to drop an item you need for a quest but has littE chance to drop and you need ten of them so you're stuck doing the tedious process over and over making you want to blow your brains out,the Elizebeth Arc was near perfect it was engaging and interesting the storytelling was superb and was ejoyable For me at least)
While waiting for a response from Rykerin he'd notice Allayna. He then gave a sigh. He only intended for him and Julia to go about this. He only asked Allayna a question about dragonslayer weapons but seems like she intends to come with. Then there's the stranger he just met that's offering to help. Though he himself knew that more help would be beneficial. He was going up against a Dragon and Allayna never asked for a cut of the pay.
(Maybe that’s because there was a lot of character interaction that had lots of meaningful things...Granted it turned very ugly...But that’s because choices. I can churn stuff like this if you quit whining about lore reasons and stuff and tedious and all this nonsense and just focus on replies. Then maybe I can devise better arcs for characters like Riona who Markus caught a glimpse of what she has in store.)
Looking at Rin, he would note she was pressing her chest against his back. And she was tending to his injury with a cotton swab. “Medicine, or to be exact a numbing solution. Basically pour it on a wound and you won’t feel any pain because it numbs the area. That way no pain And no sudden jolts from you! We take care of our customers to the highest degree!” She winked.
(You mean this guy? Yes he is from another dimension however there is a far cry between tough (Rykerin) and Invincible (your character) Also I'm not the one constantly whining about every little thing.)
Rykerin tilted his head sltightly, "What am I hoping to get out of this? Money is of no consequence to me as I finished a quest to clear a town of undead not too long ago. I suppose what I'm hoping for the experince in fighting a dragon, as well as a chance to learn about this place as I travel.
Edward seemed to jolt forward anyway, despite Rin’s words. Of course, jolting forward caused pain before the numbing could really take effect. “Agh- Why are you leaning on me like that?” It was quite apparent that he was surprised.
“Huh? I’m trying to take care of your wound. How else can I get close to your wound? I have to be comfy as well.” She replied dabbing the cloth in more medicine. “Come on, it’s not like I’m a porcupine.”
"Hm... Fine. Though while I have a feeling it won't work, I'd like to see if we can settle things in a peaceful manner. It be much less troublesome... Anyways that way is to town." He said, looking towards the direction."Get yourself a horse and catch up." He stated and after he was gone he turned to Allayna.
"If you're associated with me as Markus, then yes, go get a mask. As I've stated multiple times I'd like to keep my life as Oculus and life as Markus separate... Also, how have you been keeping up?" Markus question as his horse was carrying him and Julia and unable to carry anyone else. Though he immediately assumed some sort of magic.
The arrows would hit the spider and do some damage, more so if the attack was magical. Though nothing lethal. Mary would then try to use her jar thing she bought earlier and the blue liquid would pour out take shape of Mary and run into battle, copying how she fought. Mary herself would join her double in the fight and George followed.
"Did your attack do more damage than usual?" Joro asked as he contiued to pelted the beast.
Rin returned to press up against him and returned to clean the council before putting the cotton away. She soon grabbed thread and needle and began to properly sew the wound shut. “See, just cuddle this cutie and this will Be over soon.”
(Fuck off with that bull-Siris is far from invincible he is much weaker than his previous Incarnation and even that incarnation lost on multiple occasions and even almost freaking died and this siris personally is generally better than most humans do yo the mutation but personally lacks any powers himself thus relying on GOA to do the fancy crap for him and everyones getting a spirit to fight alongside them)
“Mmm.” Edward, although uncomfortable, let Rin do her work. The numb feeling made everything better. Plus, he knew Rin knew what she was doing. It was the fact that it was a monster mending him up, which every one of his superiors would most likely kill him for.
After stiching the wound closed, she rubbed one last bit of medicine on the wound and wrapped the wound with fresh new bandages. Once done she pat his back. “All better, you will see results in a day! Don’t do anything that stressful like trying to lift a boulder and it should heal up fully!” Rin pulled away and clapped her paws together.
Rykerin nodded and had rushed off, returning to town and quickly renting a horse before setting out after the man going after the dragon. Granted it took a little longer than it should as he bought some additional supplies as well. However he kept it to necessities and was soon returning on horseback to where he had left the man. If he was still there good, if not he would continue along and try to track him.
(Just to make things easy, let's just say he caught up.)
"Yes, that's fine." He said towards Allayna and as they rode Rykerin quickly caught up... Somehow. They'd be riding through the freezing tundra by this point. "I want to make something clear. I want to handle this my way and if there's a solution that doesn't involve fighting than I'd like to take that path. I'd like you three to just sit on standby unless I ask something of you. If I'm unable to find a peaceful way then I will come to you three to form a plan."
(Ok if the horse was going 12 miles pr hour then to make it back to town at a speed of 6 miles per hour would take two hours just to make it back to town then add in the te it took to do some errands and get a jorse then asuming you Rush and gallop your horse back at 28miles per hour it would take abou 25 minutes)
"Fair, though I'll admit I don't see this ending without violence, seeing as how we're dealing with a king among beasts. Also I have no problem being on standby however I would like to be closer to hand that way I can act and at the very least prevent you from dying." His gaze lingered on the man as he spoke to him but otherwise he kept an eye on their surroundings.
“Of course, I will leave the negotiations to you first. However, may I reccomend wearing warm coats in the area? My sensors are picking up very low temperatures approaching the negatives. But at the moment it is still tame.” Julia spoke
"I doubt I'll be putting myself in a situation where I risk dying but I suppose that's a bit reassuring. Speaking of which what exactly are you capable of? And I've packed myself a coat." He also didn't know what to do about sleeping at night. One might try to sexually assault him and the other could very well steal stuff off of him...
"Well, I have some skill with blades; though I'm sure you guessed as much upon seeing me. I can also manipulate energy, he held up a hand as energy arced cross it." He left much unsaid and much to the imagination afterall he didn't like disclosing all of his strengths and weaknesses to someone he hardly knew. "Also what would you like me to call you, just so that I can avoid yelling "hey you" to get your attention."
“We do not require any uneccecary information Akiza. That does not help our situation besides state that our chances of survival are higher that initially thought. As for me, I am Echo.” The woman named Echo introduced herself, she looked human anyways. Of course she had some high tech visor on her face.
"We don't know whether this Dragon is a Mamono or not." He said, responding to what Allayna said. He'd continue to ride on in silence unless asked something. He watched for anything that seemed odd or suspicious.
Rykerin grunted acknowledging Oculus's response and fell silent once more and would remain so unless he heard something else interesting or untill they arrived at their desitination. His eyes roaming the surroundings, looking for things of interest and indicators of danger.
(Treahead): Kirk smiles at the gems inside the box and closes it, dropping it into his sack.
"Now that that's done, what do you say we go seek out a magic school friend?" he asks Sebastian with a smile as he nods in the direction of Istvan. Lynn eagerly moves beside her husband, ready to get a move on.
“Yep, a kiss or you could be a bit normal and just tip a girl. But I like guys, and I want to give them all extra services. But, most...Or all of my customers never really ask for more. Always leaving a girl hanging but that does not mean I don’t enjoy it.” Rin winked again.
Akiza:All Mamono desire sex but how they act apon that desire depends on the species,Unicorns are viewed as symbols of purity and don't "rape" at all and wait until they get married, then there's mamono that won't seek out and "rape" until their mating season comes along then they seek out a husband to bear their children ,like Jinkos, then there's the kind of Mamono where you end up raping or willingly have sex with them ,like mandragora and Mantago, those you can't do anything to stop from happening once your under their spell, and then there are the kind of mamono viewed as Divine and men are tossed to them as tribute to promote good fortunE ,bountiful harvest ,or rain for the village, like Ryu,there is one Ammon of caled a sea bishop that will use their own body as a last resOrt to preform a ritual that would allow you to breath underwater to save you from drowning in the ocean, then there is the aggressive ones that just rape men to obtain husbands like you spoke of ,then there is the sucubi with the general idea to sample many men before settling down with one they like With different takes on that idea depepEnding on the subspecies for mine it's for religious reasons, now we got that straightened out you can stop shoving all of us into the same group
“It would appear night is approaching, if you all cant handle negative degree weather then I reccomend hunkering down. Hypothermia is a killer.” Echo stated as she noted the sun going down. As an automaton, she did not feel the effects of the cold like the others.
He nods absentmindedly. He was thinking on a few concepts, but the disturbance of Kirk was enough to snap him out of it and bash those thoughts away, for now. He awaited for the couple to move to follow.
Rykerin snorted "There's a range of them then, however as you have said there are those that outright rape and enslave people." It didn't seem like he was going to change his mind so easily. As they came to a stop in a clearing he would move around the periphery of the clearing, checking for tracks or any other indications that something other than animals had passed through recently.
Akiza:Slave-a person who is the legal property of another and is forced to obey them.Actually Men are treated as their loving husbands and to men their ever faithful loving wives and we'll treat you as equals the only exception being Amazons which let us say "call the shots in the relationship" You're not a slave but more of a stay-at-home dad with the benefits of amazing sex of course.
Annoyance flickered across his face for a moment. "That sounds very nice, however they are trapped, imprisoned in a sense. Afterall if they were forced to have sex by a person they never knew and I doubt they are given a choice to leave afterwards. A cage is still a cage, no matter how comfortable it is."
"Well, I'm not sure why not. Just how I feel about the whole thing." He said with a shrug as he got his sleeping bag out. "Anyways, I'm heading to sleep. Echo, make sure nothing happens during the night, alright?"
“Rest assured, nothing will come in contact with you besides the snow and wind. Do mind the noise when I engage in combat. Have a good sleep Oculus, Rykerin, Akiza.” Echo nodded firmly as she finished the snow wall.
(Treahead): Certain that Sebastian will follow, the couple head back to Istvan and begin searching for a magic school, following the signs and asking the locals. Kirk desires to improve his earth magic and he knows what his new friend is interested in as well.
(Would one of you like to introduce a magic school for them to enter?)
Akiza:Actually most cases a lot of the men they capture are released and the men they've kept actually willingly want to be with them and return their affection,It's like a normal relationship, you watch the sunset you go on walks,go to parties, have dinner together, make love to each other~
Kirk and Lynn smile as they come upon the College of Istvan and take in the sights, notably the students walking around who specialize in different schools of magic.
"Here we are!" Kirk says happily as the couple step inside. There they both seek out a front desk where they can ask questions to hopefully receive a better understanding of the place and perhaps be guided to a school of earth magic.
Lynn turns to Sebastian and calls out to him, "Come on!"
After siris tended to his wives he went over to the college Itsvan to teach a private class on Pyromancy, he would aproach the front desk and put a box of pamphlets about his class and gave two directly to the couple seemed pretty cool and new and it actually might pair well with earth magic
Both Kirk and Lynn are caught off guard by the strange figure who gave them a pair of pamphlets about a pyromancy class he was teaching. Out of politeness the couple give him a pair of awkward smiles as Kirk places the two pamphlets in his sack and mutters out a weak, "Thank you."
They're main reason for being there is strictly so that Kirk can develop a better understanding and usage of his earth magic. Pyromancy wasn't his specialty.
Sebastian followed the couple in, and if Siris tried to hand him a pamphlet, he would reject quite bluntly. He watched the man with a wise glare, trying to discern what this person was doing here. He shook his head when he couldn't take in details.
She'd walk in carrying a tray that had two plates of pancakes and two cups of milk. "I heard that Rin patched you up. It was quite nice to hear. I hope you don't mind that I went ahead and brought you breakfast, free of charge."
"Heh heh, yeah. I'm new," Kirk says to the figure as he turns to the woman behind the desk and says, "Greetings ma'am, I came here because I wish to improve upon my novice skill in earth magic. I used to attend such a school back in my home country, but it was unfortunately shut down."
Lynn watches the other students with curiousity, wondering what kind of elemental magic each one uses.
"I don't do Pyromancy, thanks." Sebastian replied. His right eye twitched while saying that, and even though it looks like a tick or something else, it is in fact the electrical energy flowing through him, wanting to get out.
On a different note, Sebastian is a novice Cryomancer, though he rarely uses it thanks to the aformentioned electricity imbewed in him. Some examples of him usign it would likely include a sheet of ice over a flat plane in battle to use like a skating ring or touching someone to lock the joint touched.
"I apologize again. So you two want to take classes on earth magic? Can certainly be arranged. I'all just need you to fill out some papers to become official students."
"No, it's fine. I also bought your lady friend a plate too." She said as she placed the try down in the table. "So how are you feeling?"
Markus and co would finish getting everything togther and get back on the road, Markus still keeping his eyes open for anything unusual. "Anything happen during the night?" Markus asked as they rode on.
Sebastian watched the man go with a dismissing stare. Then he mumbled "Guy doesn't look much like any grand Pyromacer i know... Why's he teaching a class?" He was still waiting for the couple to do something so he could ask the front desk something.
He calmly walks up to the desk and asks "Is there a place here where novice Cryomancers can learn a little more?" His voice is a bit raspy.
To describe Sebastian, he is somewhat tall and lean, around 6 foot. His longer dirty blonde hair hangs just below his shoulders, and is pushed back behind his ears. Clearly he hasn't had the right time to cut said hair in awhile. His brown, squinting eyes meet the attendants, waiting in anticipation and studimying her at the same time. His clothes mainly consist of a grey medieval trench coat with brown boots and grey fingerless gloves, which are currently holstered loosely in his coat pocket.
“Erm, alright...” Edward said, a bit confused as to why she was going to share something personal with him of all people. But, it would do them both good to hear her out, so waited quietly for her to explain.
Edward would stare at her for a moment, simply thinking. After some time, he shook his head. “Well, I wouldnt say hate. And you, most definitely not.”
“Despite my ideals, I don’t want to judge you - and others - simply by looks. Though, that can be difficult... In any case, I prefer to judge by actions. So, of course, if you’re respectful to me, I’ll be respectful to you, y’know?”
Kirk and Lynn move over to an empty desk and set to work filling out the papers. Kirk once heard that ruling a country isn't as glamorous as one believed. It always consisted of filling out lots of paperwork. Same with business owners. Kirk never intended on running a business though.
When they finished they moved behind Sebastian and would wait to turn in their completed papers.
“Correct, I do not have any emotional response nor require nutrients to fuel my body. But to think fire can turn certain things into other thing...It is a good observation to look at.” The woman spoke, without a hint of tone behind it.
“Of course, one seemed to have ice for legs. As for others, I belive I saw a massive furred being. It was behind the tree line so visibility was low.
Akiza:Hold on,they shouldn't pose a threat. from the first one described it sounds like a Glacies a sorta ice elemental all they do is just sap some of your spirit energy chilling your heart which makes you feel lonely and sad but when this happens you REALLY desire attention so you end up having sex with her to resolve your grief this result However isn't their actual intention though so you might come crawling to me for attention ...but for the second description it could be a few different things it could be a yeti which is actually known to be friendly and give warm hugs,or it could be A whitehorn like my other sister in law which are centaurs that are realy Warm and help transport travelers by letting them ride on their backs,or it could be a windigo they are just shy and follow travelers around out of concern and they cover themselves in these large fluffy coats.Don't attack them without confirming what they are now.
"Agreed," Rykerin stated to Oculus. Rolling his eyes as he replied to Akiza, "I disagree, that sounds very threatening and besides we won't do anything unless provoked. Which if it comes to that and Oculus wishes I will endeavor to make an effort not to kill them. Just make them take a nice long nap."
"I am never going have sex with you, I just want to make that clear." He stated. "And yes, if they do make an attempt to make a move on us, regardless of their intentions we will defend ourselves. If you disagree with that then you can just stand by and watch."
Allayna:That's like trying To punch a guy that walked up to you just to say hi!Give them a chance! And trust me if you get your heart chilled then you got to have sex with someone or you're never going to be happy again and spend the rest of you're life in absolute misery in the purest form. The mamono that live here are kind and caring except for Glacies they're pretty Tsundere until married but that's it,nothing is really going to actually pursue you and I can just say that you already belong to me and they won't try to seek a relationship.
Akiza:trying to harm me will immediately will be met with your immediate injury then i'll Have to heal you so please refrain from doing anything stupid and I'm sure you're going to regret everything more than you do now if you actual do.
"If they try to rape me, I'm going to defend myself. If not then I'm sure we all can get along. I think I'd also risk being forever miserable than have sex with you. And finally do not say I'm in a relationship with you. Alright, end of discussion." He said as they traveled along. Any further talk about this would be met with Oculus ignoring it.
Whilst the three argued, if you can even call two people being dismissive of someone else an argument, a Dorome began her day in a nearby cave. Starting off by donning a small iron crown, a trinket that she had found some years ago.
She yawned and slowly began to leave her cave, claimed by lethargy. She wished to pick some berries for breakfast, which was why she had set out into the great outdoors!
Lauren once more formed arrows with her mist cloud and launched them at the giant spider.
Echo would have sighed if she could, but ended up shaking her head as she followed. This woman was trouble, her sensors and calculations were deeming her trouble...And a nuisance at that. Monster advocate...Yapping on about relationships and how getting with a monster and seemingly brainwashed through love was a good thing. The world certainly changed over all these years.
The Dorome would find a bush of Snow Berries. Berries that had the consistency of ice cream inside and had a crunchy outside. They tasted very sweet. She could also see past the bush Oculus and co riding down a dirt path a slight distance away.
The Giant Spider would give a low roar as the arrows hit it's target and suddenly fire a green liquid from it's mouth at her.
Rykerin immediately looked at whom Oculus had spotted. His hand started to drift toward his sword hilt before with a shrug of his shoulders began to scan the area around them, keeping a look out for anything else approaching the group. Occassionally glancing over at Oculus to make sure he wasn't needed.
The corpse would slowly dissipate leaving behind two green chests. All previous chests within' the dungeon were grey. "Two green chests... Not bad for the first boss monster." A couple of grey chests were also strewn about the room. The corpse also produced plenty of Blue Stones.
Of course, they still had to split th money in the end. Out of the green chests came some money, a curvy dagger that had a strange shine to it and a leather bound spell book. "Well, I think that's enough for today. Let's get out and split the loot shall?" Joro said as he started to get the escape scroll out. George and Mary nodded in agreement.
Seeing as her business with them was done they get back on the rode.
"Oh... Alright?" Alis said. Seems like the food was going to go to waste... Well, then again she liked taking in information and she was lacking the information of what the waffles and milk taste like.
Echo remained on standby, but followed behind Oculus. “A basket...Such an unusual request out in a Tundra environment.” She commented, a hint of surprise behind it. A basket out of all things out here from a monster made of mud. Quite a sight indeed.
(Treahead, Mek): Once it's their turn, the couple hand their papers over to the woman, eager to get started on their training. Kirk thinks back to the School of the Elements. Hopefully his training here will be more fulfilling than the last one.
Sebastian fills out the paperwork on the wall, thougb he doesn't use his real name. People knowing his real name was bad if something were to happen. The paper reads 'Cartonson Calloway' on the name. He then waits for the couple to move on.
"Better a basket than out too assault us." Oculus replied.
The woman would take the papers. "Alright, your all set to go. You may go see Mr. Hopkins on the third floor in room 168." She told Kirk and Lynn.
Joro would activate the scroll and they be sent to the first floor and the four would leave. In the end, the money would be divided up and each would receive 135 gold. Now there were the ites they found. The strange curved blade and leather bound spell book were the only the only special things as the rest the rest of the items were just decent weapons.
(Seriously You guys need to give me a chance to mentor your characters and help them grow but no you have to critical of me and deny every opportunity I give you to learn a thing or two and help catch you up with everyone else-Like could you not be ungrateful shits and let me help you get a bit stronger?)
Hopskin was a tall, muscular man with broad shoulders. He looked to be in his thirties, deep brown eyes, short brown hair, and had mutton chops. "Welcome! I presume you have business with me?" He spoke in a deep but welcoming voice.
Edward thought for a moment. Considering he just explained that a god was accompanying him, he thought he'd continue. "Um... You know how we recognize each other, but cant seem to know why?" He asks, ready to say more.
Akiza:Ok now Compare that to how much humans Murder, injure, and rob others of their stuff-yet we still want to live amongst you,so don't give me that sweetheart~As you said,"End of Discussion." If anyone would attempt to say anything about it she would immediately cut them off by saying "END OF DISCUSSION!"and would repeat doing so if they kept trying
"Erm, yeah, so this gonna weird..." Edward stated with a small, nervous laugh. "So, apparently the reason we can recognize each other is due to past/alternate memories, something along those lines. That's what she explained to me." He'd explain before looking at the woman for confirmation. In a sense, he felt like in any other scenario, he'd feel crazy.
Kirk was a bit taken aback by Mr. Hopkins's mighty stature. He expected his teacher to be a figure of great strength, but not THIS great. Lynn appears to have been caught off guard as well as her face has a slight blush.
Kirk slowly nods his head and utters out, "Y-y-yes! My wife and I recently got assigned to your class f-for earth magic."
"M-my husband wishes to improve upon his basic knowledge of earth magic and I would like to l-learn how to utilize the power of the earth as well," Lynn replies, still stuttering a bit from the reveal she and Kirk received.
(Well if he does break his back and you have anything to do with it then none of your character will be teaching in the college. As for being the water teacher and assistant for the wind teacher, sure.)
Markus gave simply gave a sigh. Seeing as she missed the point of what he said, he just deemed her a lost cause. He was slowly disliking her more and more. Between being annoying, stalking him, threatening them if they decided to defend themselves, acting in a poor manner like intrupting like some little kid, etc. Just being a bitch in summary. He was at this point wishing for her to go away.
"Oh... Is there a way to get the restored...? She was cleary confused, skeptical, and surprised. Alis was questioning if this was all some sort of lie.
The mountains were quiet and peaceful. Though she could hear some noise off in the distance.
"Na, I'm good." Mary said. George just shook his head.
"Looks like it's all yours, Lauren. Anyone taking the spellbook?" He got the same reply. "Cool!" He said as he took the book. "So, anyone want to head out to dinner?"
"I could use some grub!" Mary spoke and George gave a nod.
"Oh really now? Come in, come in then! Have a seat and we can talk." Hopskins said as he took a seat at his desk. "Always nice to see some new faces!" From the looks of the empty classroom, class was not in session.
"Room 122, Miss Marthra should be there at the moment." The woman replied to Sebatian.
Akiza:First off watch your thoughts,I never said I was going to punish you for defending yourselves I said only if you attack the locals when they do nothing to provoke you or if you use more force then necessary when defending yourselves,I'm just trying to make sure good people don't get hurt, and I only checked on you periodically to make sure you're fine and sorry if you think I'm annoying but I'm just a bit worried.
"I don't know but do you blame me for finding this hard to believe?" Alis said.
"I thought I made it clear that I was only going to defend myself. I intend to do this with least conflict as possible. As for worrying for me, I don't need nor want it." He didn't see what she was worried about.
With all the bickering going on, Echo suddenly spoke up. “Everyone, looks like your noise has attracted some things.” She stated as in the distance multiple forms began to stalk out of the tree lines, they did not look human or Mamano. They looked like actual wolves. A pack of them at that. Perhaps 12 in total. A howl was heard in the distance. Looks like they may have found breakfast.
Akiza:Well it wasn't that clear because how it semed how you defined "defending yourself" as "see a random stranger which I immediately assume they're out to get me and attack them despite having zero evidence Of this being true" this was what I was getting from that and we have this guy back here might actualy have killed multiple mamono and from what he's said he has no concept of reasonable force and actually severely injury or kill anything that comes near him that he doesn't understand.
Sebastian opens the door and walks in. And well... He's honestly looking a bit disheveled. Not much sleep got to him last night, and although he wanted to learn a bit more, his mind isn't taking information as well.
"Well that's annoying." Rykerin commented before his eyes started to glow blue, raising his hand, condensing and then firing that energy at the ground in front of the approaching wolves. An explosion erupted at the point of impact, showering the wolves with dirt and snow.
Lauren's group would soon reach a nice looking restaurant and soon was sat down. "What are you all going to get?" Joro asked.
The Dorome would see that nothing was happening.
"Well, alright... So how do we get our memories back?"
Markus gave a frustrated sigh. "It's called being cautious, what part of this do you not understand? As for if he's killed people, I really don't care. Now, after we deal with these wolves I want us to ride in fucking silence, please."
The Dorome frowned. "Where could she be?" She got up. Maybe some wolves accosted her on the way... The Dorome is roused to action by this thought. "Well that just won't do!" She cries out as she begins scouring the nearby area.
(My characters dont always win and now that I think about it their win loss record actually isn't that great and some losses were heavy Ex.Siris got shot through the chest with a magic arrow and almost died,Allayna got felled by Lizardman and almost lost her humanity,Siris fought his wife and lost the first time,Siris lost to an Amazon because he was monologuing, etc.)
(Interesting, but they walk around talking like they can one shot the shit out of anything. And yes I know you changed it but perhaps you should take a bit more time to respond. Also they are aware of thoughts people are having. I don't know how the reading minds thing is limited or not considered over powered)
(I wouldn't have to explain this if you were here!Actually she doesn't read minds it's more like she hears thoughts of others but she has zero control over when it happens so not all thoughts are heard)
(I do have a life outside of rp that tends to take priority. Just so long as she doesn't start using it to predict people's actions in battle to defend against them flawlessly. Also I thought Allayna was a dark priest, wouldn't that also mean she lost her humanity?)
(Also Siris isn't capable of one shoting things unless we're talking random jobbers but otherwise his attacks hurt and his spirit's can destroy the landscape and burn things with fancy tricks but aren't going to be really one shoting therefore utilizes strategy to wear down the opponent and finish them,Allayna is more of a technical defense and support focused on subduing foes or at least hindering them)
(And never have my characters actually one shot anything besides jobbers, the only characters that can are antagonists like the hunters which are supposed to actually be quite threatening ,you however one shoted people before and also act like you can one shot everyone)
(Yeah I one-shot the little minions, which you just said you would one shot as well. No, Rykerin doesn't run around acting like he can one shot things or do you honestly believe that was what I meant when I wrote the whole "your blood shall stain the snow bit"? Which was the reaction after your character threatened him.)
(That was actually a bit before she became a dark priest and she lost hard during that fight, when she was human she was quick to anger and was super aggressive on the battlefield but as as a dark priest she's much more calm and collected until she uses her full power then she's back to being aggressive but then afterwards she's really tired and "hungry" after using up so much energy so she carries supplements to keep her from getting too hungry and attacking her friends)
(And a freaking Lich along with the mausoleum, you also said you were going to really hurt siris when you mistook my request to spar also she never once used the
Thought reading in combat on the enemy, and Siris rarely flaunts his abilities and when he does it's only because people underestimate him right in front of him)
(Technically not a one shot and unintentional, Rykerin refused to fight siris because he was worried for his well being. He knows the nature of his abilities are unstable and violent so he didn't feel comfortable with sparing with him because he doesn't know the power level. He would have said that to the lizard man if she wanted to spar as well or anyone really.)
(That was the first time I've seen that lizardman, also need I bring up the fact that Siris killed an entire monster army, yes it was in a simulation but was apparently soooo traumatizing that he hand to mind wipe himself. Which is a definate cop out. Rykerin is also from a different dimension did you really expect him to go up against undead and not do anything else. yeah calling me a sick fuck, that'll show me lol)
