The explorer, Chapter 1, Volume 2: Bastion of the order
"Come on, keep moving" a large man clad in armor shouted as he wiped the sweat from his brow, the rays of the sun above shining down as it sat there amongst a clear blue sky, looking down upon miles of vast, mostly empty desert.
The man walked, his armor clanking, behind him, varouis wagons, filled to the brim with varouis goods and wares, heading towards one of the few cities in what would otherwise be a desolate wasteland of sand and rock.
He was one of many guards escorting these vital supplies across the desert, protecting it from the varouis bandits and monsters who scrapped a living in this land of barren dunes and dry pits.
The man wiped is brow again, before taking a small pouch from his side, taking out the cork cap as he went to con…

Huntsman: Land of the undead
"why"
This was the one single though he had as he layed on the floor, the building burning as smoke and fire engulfed the place.
His body felt weak, his legs like jelly, as he crawled through the building, finger tips raw and bleeding.
He couldn't die here, he refused to die.
He just had to find out the answer to that one single though going on in his head.
Even if he had to drag him self out of the maw of hell.
View of Darkness
The Huntsman opened his eye, scanning around quickly (force of habit when ever he was aggitated), before slumping back against the tree, his left hand shaking.
"Compared to that heat back then, i feel so... cold" he muttered to him self as he looked up.
It had been a few hours since he and his 2 companions, Sasha and Reina,…
Huntsman: Old Wounds
The air was thick with a putrid smell as large lakes of mud and tar bubbled, while thick reeds grew around and in these lakes, some of which practically covered the muddy lakes, creating dangerous natural traps, one miss step and any passer by would quickly fidn them selves waste deep in the putrid mud.
Inbetween these large lakes, were small path ways, some natural, while others had been artificailly created by the inhabitants of Sanctuary in an attempt to increase the ease of going to and from Sanctuary, while being carefully concealed in an attempt to deter the order and demonic armies from commiting a force to the area.
The lack of visible pathways, mixed with the large area of swamps created a powerful natural defence, the mere sight of…
Huntsman: Echos and Whispers
In the darkness of the black abyss, there is a mirror, which if rumor is to be believed, reflects ones true self in its glass, to whomever stares in the mirror.
It is also said that the only ones that ever see the mirror are those who are cursed, to be followed by the spirits of the dead, forever charged with carrying these spirits until they die, when their flesh finally fails them.
Though this is only rumor, told amongst those veterans that have seen their fair share of blood and death.
To most, it would be a laughable thing, the thinking of a madman, or someone that had some form of hidden guilt.
Dreams though, aren't something that need to be resonable, for in dreams, anything is possible.
To the dreamer, what they see can only be truely un…
