After having explained my situation to  Bronwen, She led us on the path she mentioned before. This path lead to the town she lived in. She told us of the town Llangefni. It was the second largest town on the island of Angleseey. Which was its self part of an island nation Britianniae. We were in the county of Valentia  A straight to the south was a border between the this neutral area and the orders lands. On the other side of the straight was the order city Segontium. Llangefni had a fair amount of commerce due to the neutrality of area and richness of the natural resources. The towns commerce was mostly in Agriculture and trade. She also told us that there was a large order of sorcerers who use elementals. This peaked my interest but I said nothing of it.  We arrived at the town. It looked like something from a renaissance festival. She told me where her house was, bid me a short farewell, and her returned to her job. Before we parted I asked her not to tell anyone about me working for the Morrigan. Eimhear went her own way to see if she might be able to get a job at a local smithy to earn more for us. I began my search at a the center of town. There were several different shops, a few food stalls, and some miscellaneous adds on a board. I checked the board first. I could not read any of it at first but as I continued to look at it the letters began to change and take shape. There was a few job offerings for some of the local shops, more for farm hands, and one for an apprentice. It didn't say for what, or where but it did say to ask for a elementalist and had a weird symbol on it. The paper was really ragged, the ink had faded, and looked like it had been there for quite some time.

My mind became cloudy. I knew many of these words and locations but for some reason could not make sense of them. It was like walking in a dream and hearing a loved ones names but not recognizing them. The only thing I knew was I had to meet these elementalist.   I scanned the town with my aura sight. Mostly normal people with a few monster girls here and there. I walked over to a towns person who happened to be passing by. I asked him if he knew about the symbol on the paper and he just pointed toward the woods and carried on.

I walked into the forest in the direction the man had pointed. As I got deeper and deeper into the dense maze of trees I found more and more plants with berries, fruits, and nuts. There was also a lot more in the way of wild life.  I had already sighted at least six deer, a herd of boar, and several pheasant. It seemed odd to me that this much game and wild edibles where this close to town.

I continued for a while longer until I spotted, in the distance, with my aura sight several people with powerful auras. This had to be them I thought. Once I had got close enough the forest opened up into a clearing. In the clearing stood a mossy stone fort. It looked like it had been there a long time which confused me because it appeared that no mortar was used in the making of this fort and all the stones seemed natural and uncut. It looked as if the slightest breeze would topple it. However that could not be true with the apparent age of the building.

One of the people in the vicinity of the building spotted me and came over. "What are you doing here?" The man asked. He was wearing a white robe with the same symbol on it from the paper and had a medium length gray beard. I handed him The paper saying "My name is Steaven. I came here about becoming an elmentalist." He first looked at the paper then at me. "This want paper has been up for almost as long as you have been alive, I'll wager. Most of the young folk prefer the new elementalist school to ours." He chuckled. "What is the new elementalist guild and why would all the young people go there?" I asked   "They enjoy corrupting their elementals as it gives them more power even though it also corrupts the land." He stated angrily.   "I am new to all of this can you start from the beginning?" I asked "Follow me as I explain" He said walking into the fort.

He went over with how the mages guild is built of different schools, collages, and university's. Each one has its own form of magic and where it teaches. He told me of how the old elemtalist school only teach in neutral lands now as the order does not officially accept them because of their denial to use their magic for warfare. We had reached what I assumed was his quarters. He went to a chest and took out an old book entitled Elemtalist Handbook and handed it to me. "This will explain most of your basic questions about elementals and elemetalist's." he said "So I am accepted then?" I asked "No, you must go through the initiation ceremony to see if the land will accept you. Once you have done that you can gain elementals of your own. Finally after forming a contract with them you will be able to use elemental magic like this." He held out his hand and a flame from a near by torch began to dance in his hand. He smiled a smug smile as if I should have been impressed. "You mean like this?" I said and a stream of flame flew into my outstretched hand forming a fiery orb. The old mans mouth dropped

He began to walk around me inspecting my person, mumbling to himself. "He does not seem to have a strong enough magical presence to do that.... Hes not blighted with demon energy......" He stopped his inspection stood tall again. "Who taught you how to make contracts with elementals?" He questioned "No one, I just knew." I responded. I assumed he meant those visions I wrote off as my imagination when I fist got here. He just stood there glaring daggers at me. He sighed "We have to see the Arch Elementalist. Follow me"   He led us to a room at the top of the fort and knocked on the door there with the same symbol on it as old mans robe.

An even older man with a long white beard that almost seemed touch the floor and weathered face, who was also wearing the same white robe with that symbol on the right breast answered the door as he puffed on a long pipe with foul smelling green smoke issuing from it. "Yes, what is it Larkin?" The old man asked between puffs "We have a new recruit and he has somehow preformed a self initiation." Larkin stated. The older gentleman looked at me for a full minute which seemed to be much longer then than it was wile bellowing out copious amounts of that green smoke. He turned back to larkin stating "Well then I shall take over his training from here. Thank for all your help larkin." larkin bowed and left.

"I have not heard of anyone one being able to preform a self initiation since before the time of the new demon lord." He stated emptying out his pipe on a nearby wall then repacking it. Though he had emptied his pipe there on the ground I did not notice any ash either on the ground or on his white robe. I switched my vision to look at his aura. It was odd looking like someone had taken a large aura and smashed it down into a small space. It was kinda like looking at a the rings inside a tree that show its age. Thinking about it he must be quite powerful. "My name is Myrddin" He said smiling. "so you seek acceptance into our order?" he asked in a uplifting voice "Yes" I responded He reached into his pocket and handed me a patch with the same symbol on it he was wearing.   "Welcome to the club, I expect great things from you" He said with a large smile.

"Your first task is to reestablish good relations with the near by town. Our members have been less than extroverted of late and I believe it is time we make ourselves known again." he  stated. "So what exactly do you want me to do?" I asked   "Go to the town and do some philanthropic work." he said in a tone that was much less jovial than his usual. "I'm a bit low on funds..."   Before I could finish the glare from the old man and the change in his aura told me it was time to leave. As I left I could swear I heard that old man laughing.

I looked at the sun to gauge the time. It was well past noon. I had to hurry and get to town before it got too late. I begun to build up air energy to aid me in sprinting to town when my stomach had begun to rumble. Crap! I have had nothing to eat today but that one piece of fruit. Should I eat or should I go back to town? I pondered to myself. I don't think I could handle the look on my friends faces if i where not to contribute. I shot off toward the town.

I got there quickly and made my way back to where that board had been with all the want adds. I just picked up the first one. It described a job for menial worker on a farm owned by a man named Gregg to the south. I headed south through the town. As I did so, I spotted  Bronwen serving some people at an outside cafe. I rushed out of  sight and began to move even faster so as not to be seen by her as it would be too embarrassing to let her know I had just now got started on getting a job.

I got to the farm in no time flat even though it was quite some distance away. I had gotten good at using the power of air to aid me in speed. With each foot fall I could easy cover 8 meters. My movement was mix of a run and of a quick leap. Anyway I had found the man noted in the add, Gregg, and inquired about the job. He told me it was mostly pulling up the dead plants from harvest right now. When we got done with that next was enriching the soil with fertilizer from holstaurus farm down the road. "Shit! Why did I not look before I leap? I could have got a job there." I thought to myself. He also told me that because I got here so late I would only be paid a half's day salary. "Double shit." I thought to myself  So I got to work. He owned a corn farm. I noted this from the dead corn stalks the other workers where pulling up. Half the field was already bare, but I could tell not all that work was done in one day as the farm was at least 15 square acres and there where only four other workers. I got out to the field and begun to pull up the dead plants. As soon as I got a arm full I would use anoyjer dead corn stalk to tie it together into a small cylinder of dead plants. A cool breeze blew through the air. I hardly had anything on and it was around 10 Celsius out. I wonder why the cold was not affecting me? I stopped wondering and turned back to the work at hand.  After I had made 30 or so bundles I had grown bored with this menial and mind numbing task. I began to experiment with earth magic to see if I might be able to speed up my work. I began to build up its power within me then I struck the ground hopping it would simply dislodge a large number of plants so all I had to do was gather them into a pile. No such luck. Though the force of the impact was more than enough to crush a mans skull and I had stuck my hand into the ground at least 30 centimeters . Maybe I was doing it wrong? I dug my hands into the soil and felt out the energy of the earth. I closed my eyes and concentrated. I could feel the earth responding to me. I grabbed it and imagined shaking the top layer the way one would shake a runner carpet. Once I did that I was disturbed by a loud rumbling clap sound. I opened my eyes to realize I had did just what I had imagined. A two meter strip had been cleared of plants in about an acre strip. The other workers had stopped at the sound and looked over at me. I continued to do what I was doing.

By the time the sun was setting I had cleared the rest of the field. Gregg had offered to pay me 3 days salary plus what he would of had to pay the other workers. I turned him down but instead asked to be paid one days wage and have the other men be paid as if they had worked their time. He was puzzled by this but didn't mind as he had got all the work done ahead of schedule and for less than what it should have cost. I showed him and the other workers my badge from the Elementalist guild and told them the extra work was a gift from guild.

I walked to Bronwen's home at a normal speed due to my weariness but it seemed to make me even more tired. I had used a lot of magical energy today. My stomach grumbled again. That and I have only had a single piece of fruit eat. At least work was not that bad.as I felt much more confident with earth magic. I tossed the coins I had received in air a bit weighing them out. It kinda sucks I gave away so much. At least the word should spread quickly about the good nature of the elementalist guild. "I may only have a few items with me but I really need to get a back pack or something." I thought to myself looking for somewhere to put the coins.

When I got to her home I was exhausted. She had a rather good sized home compared to the others of the area. I knocked on the door. Bronwen opened the door almost immanently with Eimhear hovering nearby. "Oh my! Just look at you. You must have had a hard day. I know what will make you feel better." She said She pulled me inside and pushed me into a room in the back. There was a wooden tub with a rack near by. On the rack was a white linen slacks, shirt, soft leather shoes, a towel, a bar of soap and a wash cloth. The floor was wood slabs with cracks large enough for the water to fall through. So I washed up and washed my robe. I dressed in the cloths provided which fit well except the pants. They were a little loose. I then hung my robe were the cloths where and wrapped the waist of slacks with the yellow cord I wore around my robe to make them fit properly.I left my things with the robe and entered the main house.

"Thank you for the cloths and the bath." I said upon entering. "Well I got you some gifts too but I did not put it in the bathroom." Eimhear Said Handing me a leather satchel that looked like it was sewn together from leftover scraps of leather. I took the gift she offered and looked it over. The satchel felt rather strong despite its appearance and had a good amount of room. "Thank you for the gifts  girls. Seriously, with out both of your help I would be having a much more difficult time" They both began to blush at the complement.

We had dinner and talked of our respective days. Dinner consisted of a vegetable soup and bread. It was not much but since I was starving it was more than enough for me. My starvation made it taste even better than I suspected it would. Bronwen told us of her day of serving customers at the Full Moon Cafe.  Eimhear told us how she got a job at the local smithy. Though her work had almost nothing to do with weapon or armor smithing she seemed rather happy about her job. She also told how the head smith had not wanted to give her the job judging her by her size. However when she turned out a piece of work for him, he hired her immediately. As I began to tell of my day  Eimhear's book poofed into her hands. I told them of my meeting with elementalist and what had transpired there. Then about my day on the farm. They were both shocked that I had given away most of my pay when I was in need like this. So I asked them about the money I had received. How much each denomination was and if I was paid a fair wage, as The coins I had received had no meaning to me. Bronwen told me I had received much more than a normal days wage for a laborer. I offered to pay Bronwen for the food and letting me stay there but she turned me down. Telling me that it was pleasure just to have me there.

After dinner Eimhear and I helped with the dishes. After that Bronwen offered Eimhear to sleep in the guest room while I was offered to sleep with her. Of course this lead to a dispute on who would sleep with me. That was until I told them I would sleep with them both. They both fell silent for a moment when I said this. Either dumbstruck by the notion of sharing me sexually at the same time or considering the possibility's. I reminded them I meant this in a strictly platonic way of course.

We went into Bronwen's room. It was decent sized room with a large well used carpet in center of the room that was pink with a large red heart in the center, little red hearts around the outside, and white tassels. The carpet was surrounded by pillows of varying sizes and shapes. I assumed this was the bed and laid down on the far right side to allow Bronwen enough room to be comfortable. The carpet was amazingly soft and wonderful to the touch yet it made me shiver to touch it. I asked Bronwen about it and she told me it was made of arachne silk. I could not figure out why but when she told me this I jumped right off the carpet. A strong shiver went down my spine and I could almost see the archne in my minds eye. Either I have arachnophobia or the arachne wove some of her energy into this carpet. I asked If I could use the straw mat from the guest room brought it into her room. I sat it next to her carpet and lay down with one of her pillows. Eimhear Slept to my right on a single large pillow. Bronwen slept to my right on her carpet.

I fell to sleep quite quickly but my dreams were a bit troublesome that night. I saw my two companions fighting and arguing over who would get to sit on my throne. I saw this in my dream as a literal throne. Gilded in gold and covered in gem stones. The fight intensified. In my dream I saw them throwing daggers at one another and other various scenes of violence. I feared for my friends safety and so I hugged them both tightly and gave each a small kiss on the cheek saying that violence is not the answer to their problem. With that things settled down and my dreams began to fade to darkness until I felt something warm wrap around "me" and begin shift up and down.

I woke up slowly as the exhaustion from earlier was not allowing for anything else. But as I did the feeling became quite enjoyable, yet familiar. I sat up and my eyes focused. I could now see my two friends working together. Bronwen using her hand and Eimhear using her whole body. Though I was proud of them for their good team work, this was not what I wanted....right now. So I stood up, picked up a pillow, the straw mat, and moved into the guest room. Though they pleaded with me not to go as I left, I did not even look back. It took me a little wile to fall back to sleep after that but when I did I was not disturbed again.
