Nope Gadget Failure Report
You enter a room labeled "Technical Issues Board" and are met by a Gazer wearing a formal business suit and a pair of glasses. "Hello there," she says to you, her big eye looking up at you from her desk followed by her other eyes. "Are you here to report an issue with your Nope Gadget?"
Her eyes narrow and a smug grin forms on her face, "Or are you here because you want to learn about some interesting situations our customers were in when their gadgets malfunctioned?"
She floats over to a filing cabinet and opens the bottom drawer. After a few seconds of rummaging, she pulls out an orange folder and plops it onto her desk in front of you. The words on the folder read, "Accident Reports".
"In here is the most recent report, people whose ga…
A Shade of Orange
A cool breeze filled the air. The grass was a shiny green, almost as shiny as metal. The sun had recently made its leave beneath the horizon, leaving a black sky speckled with light. Despite the obvious signs of the natural clock, the hustle and bustle of the nearby emerald city still echoed across the land.
Along the path to the city, Spiga sat quietly on a wooden bench.
Her eyes were set on the golden road itself, but her mind had
one focus: Where was she? There was no trace. Not a
sound, a beat, a sign, nothing. As quickly as she was found,
she vanished like the wind. Spiga only shook her head.
The game seemed pointless, yet she played it. A lengthy
game of hide-and seek it was. Except the rule was that the
spot could change. …

Jundex
Jundex is a small town that is located within a relatively large tundra region. From a distance, the town looks like a small batch of dots. That would be the case if is was not for the colossal skyscraper in the center that is the Nope Industries HQ.
It is the largest producer of Nope Industry products with factories located in several parts of the town. The largest factory is built into a mountainside. Not only are there factories creating Nope Industry products, but there is also a massive factory that is dedicated to building airships for the Nope Industries transport fleet. Humans and mamono work together in these facilities. All of the workers are treated fairly and there are almost never any instances of worker abuse.
It lacks an…
