Monster Girl Encyclopedia Wiki

This wiki will close in two weeks (Wednesday November 24). Fandom is removing wikis on topics that contain large amounts of sex, nudity and/or fetish material. Even if the wiki itself is kept "clean", we are still unable to host it.

The two week's pause is so you can look for a new host and copy your content there.

I'm sorry for the bad news -- Sannse

What does "anti-monster" mean?

Anti-monster is meant to refer to content that betrays the spirit of MGE and it's stories. This rule is specifically targeting content that demonstrates the extreme end of the negative spectrum with things like mutilation and unnecessary gore. Along with descriptions of graphic violence being banned, we'll also be blocking users that maintain a fervent, anti-monster rhetoric. Again, this is only targeting people who exist at the extreme end of the spectrum (HLF, etc.) and won't affect anyone who roleplays as a regular member of the Order.

What content falls under that label?

It's impossible to list everything that could possibly fall under this banner so keep our "gratuitous violence" rule in mind. Fights and battles are some of the most important moments in many stories but writers need to keep descriptions to a respectable level. Along with conservative descriptions, the actions themselves should be kept relatively tame. It's alright to talk about a monster girl getting roughed up in a fight but continuing on to describe how she was brutally mutilated is definitely crossing the line.

Can our story include violence (Fights, battles, etc.)?

Yes, this isn't meant to be an outright ban on violent content all together. Stories would get pretty boring if they all occurred inside a padded hugbox. While we can't grant you complete and total freedom, this limit won't express itself except for in extreme cases.

Can we still RP as members of the Order?

Yes, you can still RP as members of the Order so long as you follow the rule and don't veer into the extremes. We know from canon that the Order is willing to go to great lengths to secure their place (Slavery, child soldiers, etc.) and we won't be cutting that out entirely.

tl;dr The new rule applies to content that contains gratuitous violence directed at monster girls and people/groups that proclaim extreme anti-monster rhetoric (HLF, etc.). You can still fight to your heart's content and roleplay as members of the Order, just don't go off the deep end.
