Species: Corn snake(In Snake form) Basaslisk( in Manamo form)
Age: Chronological: 1024 (she lived to be 14 in her first life) Visible: 20's
Home: Formally Isla Nebula, Now Marth Krull.
Lore:
During the course of his long life Cire Hominac(Better known as Los) Has constantly been aided or has helped snakes, them considering him somthing of a parent and ruler for being there for them ever since their evolution. Through the millenna many seprhents stayed with him as companions, but while Cire enjoyed their company, he didn't think much of them, never thinking of them as true allies due to memories of predation at an early age. All of this changed however: when nearly a thousand years ago he came across a young Corn Snake in a forest near Isla Nebula(His city) This suprisingly being his first interaction with th particular species, he handled the young snake, and immidiatly became entranced with it, watching it...no: Her crawl through his fingers, he decided to keep this one, and took her home as a pet, naming her Tacky Comedian, calling her this after he spotted a Tack-shaped mark on her head.
Over the course of nearly a decade Cire ended up taking Tack(He shortened her name for convienence) nearly everywhere with him, even keeping her close in battle, hiding her within a pocket(She never grew that long) The two were inseperable, and Cire: for the first time in many millions of years, felt an actual bond to Tack, considering her a important piece of him. Over time however....While Cire at that point was practicaly immortal and invunerable, Tack was not...and after nearly 15 years...she simply, expired....And it was here that Cire finally snapped: no longer being able to stand the loss of such a dear companion who stayed with him through so much.... and despite the fact that at the time necromancy was largly unknown at the time, He vowed to return her two life, no matter the cost!
For his first few attempts to reanimate her he attempted to inject several chemicals into Tack's corpse to restore her, while some of these melted several parts of her body, he continued on: not caring for the consequences because he felt the ends justified the means. Suprisingly though: he was actually able to achieve a partial succsess: and was able to completley halt the decomposition on her body, however: this had the downside of whatever blood being left inside her turning into an acidic compound that would melt through anything else. Emboldened by this succsess, he continued on with his attempts to restore her.
Dispite the first success though: the many attempts afterward left a lot to be desired, and gradually he got more desperat with each attempt, not noticing the damage he was doing to Tack's body. By the time he noticed and stopped his expirements he nearly boke apart her entire body, leaving almost nothing to be revived. His spirit broken now, Cire began to think i it was impossible, that her body and mind were already lost. Just as he was about to give up hope though: the current DL came into pwer: and the manamoification around the world began. Noticing the phenomenah, Cire decided o take a risk and attempted one more expirement to reanimate Tack, and then...It happened! The combined efforts of Cire's expirement and his lonliness without her ended up reacting to the DE that was slowly saturating the area, and Tack was reborn no an undead Basalisk manamo(Much to both of their suprise) and at last, the two were reunited(This whole process took decades mind you!!).
While at first things were understandably tedious between the two: Tack still unsure of her new body...However: over time the two resumed their previous relationship, becoming even closer than before, ending up lovers and eventually getting married. Soon after this Tack began to test herself, her..."unique" method of manamoification giving her special abillities, for one: she could turn herself back into a snake, so once more she could easily travel wherever she wished with Cire. Eventually when Cire's high position in the Reptile Kingdom was cemented: Tack was naturally chosen to rule with him, and they both settled down into their castle at Isla Nebula.
Unbeknownst to them however: Due once more to how she was revived, Tack and Cire had gotten a link, binding them closer than almost any beings, From this: The two have a sort of mind-link, enabling one to easily discern the others thoughts and feelings. through this, even compared to most manamo: Tack has a deep understanding with her beloved Cire and she can always tell what he's thinking. this link does have it's drawbacks however: because of the emotion and pain Cire put into her restoration her very life became twisted around Cire's vitallity. Because of this: whenever he is weak she feels immense pain. and should Cire's power ever dissapear entirely, her existance would be in mortal danger, and that time there would be no reviving her again, her soul having become dependant on Cire's life.
After a very long millenia Tack eventually decided that she wanted to get out into the world after such a long time and managed to get Cire to take the two of them out and interact with others. Eventually through this She ended up taking an adventure in Oz with several people and other manamo, and she ended up assisting in the overthrowing of a Witch-tyrant, and watched the new king become crowned. Right after this she and a odd Oblation ended up fighting off the Witch once more and were able to avert disaster, earining her no reward except a rare chance to be with her loved one, who she immidiatly embraced upon spotting him...Tack's next adventure in Oz was when she and Cire ended up teaching at a Neatherkin school, aside from a war infection, a genocidal maniac attacking, and plain Neatherian weirdness, she had the time of her life and even made a new friend in the process: A Chargin named Chee.
After this spree of adventures Tack ended up taking a backseat to events, Letting Cire have his fun at things....Though quite recently, Cire entered a land called Martha Krull...and his powers were taken, putting her life in very real danger, and although his powers were returned, the energy is different, and now she was slowly dying...for the last time, ever.
However.....after trying to hold on for a time, and getting into several fights, she finally took to much damage, and ended up being bedridden. A Week after this her organs and energy both began to fail her, and she could not move after that: forcing Cire to keep her on her bed and immobile....He didn't give up on healing her however, and in vain tried to find a solution...when he couldn't he stayed at her bed one more time, and tried to cheer her up. However: News of an attack on Oz forced CCire's hand, and he and Xena ended up leaving to deal with it...leaving her alone...And with that, not even an hour after they left, Tack's life finally died down, and her second life was over, less than a minute afterward, her body dissapated, but a small bit of her energy remained.....
Personality:
At best though that know Tack often describe her as an odd individual: claiming hat she can be rather..Capracious. These beleifs are not enirly unfounded: Due to her undead nature: her mind is in constant flux, leaving her thoughts and behaviors erratic at times. Rarley even Cire will not be able to tell what she will end up doing sometimes, despite their link. She almost never lets people see this damage on the surface though, and she usually does a good job of hiding it. She occasionally has self destructive tendencies, and sometimes she weill end up biting off more than she can chew, She always seems to come back from these lows though: and easily comes back.
Most of the time however she is usually quite friendly: and is easily capable of making friends when she desires too. For her though: should someone do somthing she doesn't like right off the bat, she immidiatly dislikes the person, a trait she and Cire appear to share. It is possible tto get past thid though, and sometimes she makes great friends in this manner, The Chargin Chee for example.
Curiosly: possibly due to her natures as both a snake and a Lamia, she will sometimes go after unmarried women and coil around them and have her.."Fun" with them, she is not usually doing this out of malice, and considers it a form of play or when she has been cold for too long, and will usually apologize afterwards if she's seen that she has harmed the victim in any way.
When angered she is always willing to fight, and can usually put up quite a fight against most opponents, her sheer durabillity and corossevness wearing almost all enemies down.
Flaws/strengths:
Undead body: due to her mutalations from when she was dead her body is in a constant state of disrepair, with he occasional finger or arm falling off, while she can usually place the limb back on securley enough or replace it, the loss can become problomatic if left unchecked for too long: her acid starts to melt out of her body and can be a danger to others. This also does render her immune to pain however, and aloows her to take beatings almost no one else could ever handle.
Acid blood: Due to the chemicals that were used to sustain her body while she was dead, her body has adapted to them, and her blood has ended up as an acidic compound, this acid can melt through nearly anything: and should it melt through flesh, the being body will start to melt on it's own, even if the acid is somehow expunged, also: it even melts through the soul and spirit, so anyone who gets sprayed with her acid recieves a very painful..no: excruciating death., While at first when she was manamoified she wasn't able to control her own acid, over time she has been able to train herself to weaponize her acid, becoming able to either spray it out in a breath, or lacing it within her palms. While this may seem like a good defese, This is also a great flaw in her biology: for when she gets wounded or a body part falls off:her blood starts to leak out over time and if she's not careful she might inadvertantly damage somthing or someone, leading her to be very cautious should someone besides Cire be near her like this.
Apparant insanity: Her mental state is in constant flux: the acid in her head constantly causing migranes for her, while this does leave her at times somewhat unpredictable and phycothic, it also leaves her immune to all mind control and drugs, usually her to think clearer than everybody else should they all be under some sort of control.
Serpentine control: Due to her husbands influence: Tack has a large measure of control over snakes, possibly evn more than Cire himself(Her having been one after all) The very moment she utters an order towards a snake or Lamia, any of them will immidiatly set out to obey her orders. She also has a small level of control over other reptile species in this manner, howver since it's so weak it's more like she compells them to follow rather than direct control.
Physical stats:
Height: 5,7 (17 feet including tail)
Hair: Dark green, with a white streak running through it.
Eye-color: Radioactive green.
Others: On her head there is a birthmark resembling a Tack in shape, leading to her original name. Also: many pieces of her body appear swen on, as if you took a core body and sowed random pieces onto it. Also: due to her unstable being as well as her acidic fluids inside of her: she is physically incapable of having a child.
Hobbies: Tack really has no set hobby, and will usually end up doing whatever Cire or a friend takes her along for. She rarley drinks: because whenever she does things do not go that well.
Mental state:
IQ: 145
Goals: aquiring a rocket-tail
View of self: A piece of Cire and his one and only Tack.
Most likley to be shamed by: varies, usually depends on her mood.
(Alright, here's a profile for everyone's favorite scaley herione!! I'll add on more stuff later, I'm tired right now, I hoope you guys like her though!!)
