Mimi sighs quietly as she tunes her flute alone. She's been alone in the forest for awhile now, despite her constant playing of her instrument of love. She's been hoping to find someone to charm to become like her friends: lost in the world of love and alcohol.

It's not that she isn't pretty enough. In fact, she's considered to be one of the most beautiful Satyros of her generation: she's got long, enchanting purple hair that glimmers in the light of the sun and that shines in the light of the moon. Her eyes are like emeralds, glistening as she looks longingly upon men that her friends have fallen in love with. Her skin is soft and luxurious to the touch, according to her mother, and her fur is much like her hair, but softer. Her legs are strong, yet her muscles are not rippling like certain other beastmen she's met: her legs still have the sort of softness that is further amplified by her fur. Her breasts are full and well- shaped, and her belly is lean and soft. Mimi is a perfect example of a Satyros...

Yet, she has no man to call her own.

"I'm tired of being lonely," she mutters to herself, rubbing her flute and making it glisten. Her flute is much different from the human flute: it's curved and has a heart at the end. It also is purple and has a heart shaped handle.

But the tones that come from the flute are what really make it special. You see, a Satyros can make the sounds from their flutes produce a pleasant intoxication on man and woman, human and monster alike. Those who hear the songs the Satyros play feel like they have drunk the finest of wines: even a heavy drinker falls into a state of drunkness upon hearing the sounds.

Yet Mimi has never charmed a man with her flute. And it's not that she's a bad flutist, by any means. She just seems to be... unlucky.

"All I want is to have someone to love! Someone that I can charm, that I can whisper sweet words to, someone that I can hold close to me and never let go. Someone that I can drink with and be merry with... Someone that never wants to be apart from me for any reason!!" she says, tears running down her face.

She cries for a moment, but then she hears people walking through the brush nearby. She realizes it can't be her friends, because she cannot smell them. The people she smells are unfamiliar to her...

They smelled... human. Humans she had never met before.

And these humans walked out of the bushes, brushing themselves free of the leaves. 6 humans, males and merchants all. All 6 are tall young men, possibly brothers. They had the same soft brown eyes, the same blonde hair (though in different lengths), and had roughly the same build and disposition.

"Oh... Hello," Mimi says, brushing a tear from her eye before the men notice it.

"Are... Are you lost?"

"Somewhat... We're looking for a village of Satyros. We were hoping to trade for some of the wine your people make," the first man says, tipping his hat to Mimi.

"But Jake here got us all lost since he forgot the compass at home and had the map upside down!!" another says, pointing to the man in the back of the group, frowning.

Jake shrugs. "Hey, at least we managed to find a Satyros. That must mean the village is nearby," he replies.

"That's correct, though it's not in the direction you're travelling. You're heading too far east; you'd miss it and end up close to a canyon that has had Ushi Oni around recently," Mimi says. "And I'm sure that you don't want to go there!!" She giggles.

The men grimace: they most certainly didn't want to go anywhere near Ushi Oni, and they certainly didn't want to walk around the forest late and night due to them getting lost.

Mimi laughs at the faces they make. "Well, don't worry, with me around you won't go anywhere near the Ushi Oni.

"Oh, how do you all feel about music?" she asks.

The men look at each other and shrug. "Well, we happen to love music, but we have different... opinions on music since we have played instruments of our own since we were very young. But mostly we love music," the first man says, nodding to Mimi.

"Well, then may I play you a song? I haven't been able to play for anyone outside of the village in a long time, and I'd like to know what you think, especially since you all appreciate music." Mimi tunes her flute one last time, then smiles at the men. "Please, sit down. I won't take too long, and after my song, I'll take you to the village."

"Well then, please do play us a song. I don't think my brothers want me to lead us anymore," Jake replies, earning a laugh from everyone.

"Very well..." Mimi plays her variation of her mother's favorite song, a song she has studied and practiced since she had gotten her flute.

The men are enthralled by her song, and their bodies are immediately soothed despite their long journey. They sit back and relax, gazing upon the Satyros that plays for them.

Suddenly, the men feel a buzz come over them. They all smile and laugh at each other's faces, joyfully having a jolly good time.

And Mimi realizes that she was able to charm not just one man, but 6, all at the same time. She smiles and laughs as well...

Then she reaches over to Jack and whispers sweet words in his ear, nibbling on his earlobe softly. She then goes to the next brother and repeats the process, all the way down to the last brother. Then the brothers all smile and the snu snu begins...

Epilogue

Mimi sits on her bed, tending to her youngest child's scraped knee. She smiles and bandages her daughter's knee, then kisses her softly. "Now run along, Eris, and be careful this time!" she says.

Eris runs out of her room quickly after telling her mama she loved her. Mimi stands up, having to brace herself due to her pregancy. She smiles again as her 6 husbands walk into the room. "So, how are you feeling today with our child, Mimi?" the first brother asks.

"I'm feeling better today, Hans. How was the trip back to the human village?"

"It went very well. Marcus and Brad made the most profit this time around, but Jake came pretty close. Oh, and John has the materials for Janie's flute, so we can make that today if you're feeling up to it."

"Well, let's do that. Then I can cook dinner for everyone tonight."

"No, you agreed that you wouldn't put unneccasary stress on yourself. Plus, Graham said he was going to make his famous stew tonight. We've already gotten all of the food for it, so there's no need for you to cook tonight," Hans replies, hugging Mimi and holding her belly.

"So be it. Then let's get Janie's flute done. Then she and I can start practicing how to charm men as wonderful as you all," Mimi says, smiling. "Men who changed my life and made me a real woman. A real Satyros... and the most happy mother and wife in the entire world!!"
