A/N This version of Cedric wasn't in a relationship with Cho Chang. He still took her to the Yule Ball like in canon but the only difference is Cedric didn't view Cho in a romantic manner. She did have a one sided crush on him though.

Cedric scanned his surroundings, a plot of land of land with tombstones everywhere, and a dense fog that made it nearly impossible to see.

Cedric quickly deduced that his was now back in the place he feared most; the misty graveyard where he died.

Nervously Cedric checked to see if he had his wand with him, his heart sinking when he realised he did not have it on his person.

He walked through the graveyard cautiously until he heard laughter; the laughter only a madman would make. Cedric walked to try and locate the source of the laughter; a giant door standing on an empty patch of grass. Building up the courage Cedric placed his hand on the ice cold door handle, and opened it slowly to reveal an empty black void.

The laughter got louder, so loud that Cedric had to cover his ears.

And then he heard it, that same high and cold voice.

"Kill the spare!"

The black void was now enveloped by a blinding green light and Cedric tried to scream, only he couldn`t.

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Cedric shot up from his bed, his face sweating and his heart beating so furiously it felt as though it would jump out of his chest.

He scanned his surroundings again to see he was in his cottage. The footsteps outside being the only indicator he alarmed someone with his screams.

A loud banging was heard on the door of Cedric`s cottage with a voice asking slightly panicked; "SIR CEDRIC! ARE YOU ALRIGHT!?"

"Y-yes! I just had a nightmare, nothing to worry about!" Cedric half shouted, hoping the knight would simply leave.

After a moment of silence the footsteps grew softer and softer, until they were out of earshot.

Cedric sighed in relief, half because the knight didn't interrogate him with questions and the other half because what had just transpired was all a dream and he was still safe and sound in Lescatie.

Cedric got out of bed and put on his armour and made his way to the courtyard to start another day of training.

When he arrived there he saw Aldana was already waiting for him and he heard quiet murmurs amongst the knights; no doubt gossiping about his screaming earlier.

Ignoring the gazing eyes Cedric unsheated his sword, Aldana did as well with a stern look on her face.

A clash of blades ensused, Cedric dodging and attacking more swifty than yesterday.

"Do you know that everyone is talking about you screaming your lungs out this morning?" Aldana asked irritated.

"No I do not, news surely does travel fast here." Cedric said genuinely suprised.

"Word of advice; do not ever do that again in the future. You don't want everyone thinking you are some lunatic." Aldana scolded.

That last line deeply angered Cedric, and he started attacking her with increased ferocity.

Aldana was taken aback at now being forced on the defensive, with each blow she found it more and more difficult to parry Cedric's sword. A loud clang ensued as Aldana's sword went crashing onto the ground with Cedric's sword pressed against her throat.

"Listen here Aldana! You don't what hell I went through before I arrived in Lescatie, so I advise you hold that tongue of yours before I cut it out of your mouth!" Cedric said as we walked out of the courtyard fuming, leaving behind a bewildered Aldana.

Cedric walked to the one place where he knew he felt at peace; the church headed by Sasha. Knocking on the door he hoped Sasha would be inside.

Instead the door was answered by one of the orphans.

"Hi there. Is Sasha here?" Cedric asked the child.

"No she isn't, but you may come inside as she said she wouldn't be gone long." The girl stated.

Cedric followed the girl inside; the orphans all circling him excitedly.

"Yay Cedric is back!" One of the orphans exclaimed.

"I told you guys I'd be back." Cedric said coyly.

After 20 minutes of entertaining the orphans with his magic Sasha finally arrived.

"Sasha! You're back!" Cedric said happily as he ran to hugher.

"Cedric! How are you?" Sasha asked, suprised at the sudden affectionste behaviour of Cedric.

"I'm fine, is it alright if I may talk to you in private?" Cedric asked.

"Yes you may." Sasha answered, perplexed at what was so important that Cedric requested a private audience with her.

Sasha excused herself and Cedric as they headed outside of the church.

"What is wrong Cedric?" Sasha asked soothingly.

"I haven't been truthful about my origins, do you promise to keep it secret?" Cedric whispered.

"Yes" Sasha said.

"I'm not from this world. I was actually a student at a wizarding school called Hogwarts and I was competing in this tournament called the Triwizard tournament and I was selected as Hogwarts' champion alongside a 14 year old boy named Harry Potter." Cedric said.

"So how did you arrive here if you were a student at a magic school?" Sasha asked.

"I'm getting there. For The Triwizard Tournament we had to do three tasks. The first was stealing a golden egg from a dragon, the second was rescue our loved ones from the merpeople in the lake and the third and final task was to navigate through a maze to find the Triwizard Cup in the centre. Me and Harry reached the cup at the same time and agreed that we would be dual champions if we grabbed it at the same time." Cedric said

Sasha was feeling anxious about what Cedric was going to say next by the way he spoke that last sentence nervously.

"It turned out that the cup was actually a portkey that teleported us to a graveyard. Harry collapsed on the ground as soon as we got there and I-I." Cedric couldn't finished that last past. The memory still too fresh and painful.

"It's okay, you can trust me." Sasha reassured.

"I was murdered." Cedric whispered.

Sasha's mind didn't register that at first. So she had to ask Cedric again just to make sure she heard right.

"I beg your pardon, did you just say you were murdered?" She asked again.

"Yes" Cedric whispered.

"Then how did you get here if you were murdered? Shouldn't you be in Heaven?" Sasha asked curiously.

"Yeah I should, when I was in Purgatory an Angel told me I that due to me being pure of heart and being unjustly murdered I was given a second chance to live, so here I am." Cedric finished, glad he got that out of his chest.
